We are very disappointed and do NOT recommend. It's overpriced and they dishonest ticket system that they are aware and don't won't to do anything to help customer be aware of the issue. We decided to try Legoland with our 4 and 11 year old for the first time. We travel to S.A. often and have seen this but have never been until now. The ticket system has a flaw and when I brought it to the staffs attention as we were leaving. The gentleman at the exit proceeded to argue with me. When we arrived all the signage instructed us to purchase tickets online so we went online and began the process. We only really wanted to go to Legoland so we selected that option. The system showed us that you can get the VR experience and digital copies of your photos for a few dollars more a person so we decided to go ahead and do that. There was one more prompt that said "UPGRADE" to the Sea Life center" for only $3 more per person. That sounded like a decent deal so we decided to do this even though the full Lego Land experience is the only thing we were really wanting. We entered and started on our way. One ride, mini city... Then we get to the VR station the guy checks our tickets and says I'm sorry you don't have the ticket for that. I told him what we went through at the front and he said please talk to the front desk. We continue through the attraction... Overall the experience at both Lego Land and the Sea Life center was pretty underwhelming considering the cost of the tickets. We had an okay time, the sea life center is neat, took us about 20 minutes to walk through. Legoland had 2 rides one that is slow moving where you shoot the "bad guys" and the other spins in a circle and you peddle to make it go up higher. The Lego 4D movie (Monster Chase) was funny but the 4D part was not sinked up properly so the water would happen several seconds after the "splash" on the screen. There was one section with a mini Lego City of San Antonio which was cool but just something to look at. The other area were where you could build, nothing spectacular but okay... The VR looked cool but we didn't get to do it because of the ticket issue I mentioned before. The 4 year old didn't understand it was a challenge. What was really disappointing and the most frustrating part was when we were leaving. I mentioned to a gentleman on the way out that we had a ticket issue. I shared that if you select the upgrade to Sea Life center option after you select the top Lego Experience that it actually downgrades the Legoland ticket. He proceeds to tell me that "were aware and have contacted corporate to let them know". I shared that that's unfortunate and I am glad they told corporate but it would be nice if you put a sign up letting your guests know that this will happen. The response I got was "we can't add more signs we have too many as it is". I said you need to communicate this with your customers and he said it doesn't effect every ticket so we can't share this with everyone. At one point I was even told "I am not trying to argue with you" when all he was doing was arguing with me. I am of the mindset that you can't fix issues unless you're aware so I share things to help people improve. These folks are aware and have no desire to let people know. Not one "I am sorry this happened", not one, "we are going to try to do better", just excuses including they "don't want to communicate this because it might confuse people and then they will decided they don't want to come". At this point I decided to walk away. The establishment knows there is a fraudulent ticketing issue, they refuse to put signage up to communicate that this might happen. When confronted about it they are rude to and agree with customers who simply wanted to help bring awareness so it wouldn't happen to others. I do NOT recommend. There are so many other great attractions in S.A. save yourself some money skip this one. Attaching screen shots of how it says upgrade, over and over again in the process, even though they down grade the Lego tickets.

I took my four year old son a few days ago. They were having a Halloween special event where you make your own Lego potion. There was only one person working at the table and we waited in line for quite a long time- no problem. When it’s our turn, my four year old who had a stammer (it’s like a stutter but he repeats whole words instead of syllables) was excited. He was being polite and started to talk to the lady. She interrupted him and repeated what he said in a mocking way. He started to say we-we-we want to… and she interrupted and said We-we-we. Extremely rude, mean spirited and hurtful. I was honestly shocked and didn’t say anything at first other than to tell her that he’s just excited and has a stammer. I was able to speak to a manager who said he would talk to the employee. But he didn’t really apologize or offer us a free ticket or anything at all. I didn’t ask for anything I was just very hurt that someone working around kids would be so mean. My kid loves this place so we will probably return, but I really hope that someone in management does something about the young lady who treated us this way. She shouldn’t be interacting with children until she changes her attitude.

Pictures and descriptions online make this place seem something much more than it is. It's very small, there is not much to do, and it's extremely overpriced for the few attractions. The ride is a 3 minute silly train that goes in a circle, the soft play is small, there are very few Lego displays, and there are just a few centers to build with. The workshop was the only thing that kept my kids busy for a bit but the children have to break apart what they make and give it back at the end. I would not recommend this place and wish I could get a refund.

To start with a major complaint!! One that should not have to be thought about or even applied, NO CASH!!!! Thats American currency you're saying people can't use. Second, you jack up your prices 50% on the weekends and expect parents to pay to watch their kids. A parent should never have to pay your watch their kids. Also their are things that are their for them to climb with no safety other than the parents!!??? I will be selling all my sons Legos and looking into a different river company and support them due to these and other reasons. Any smart American patriot will and would do the same. If I need to supply my receipt as proof I was their I will in order for my review to not be taken down.

The rides were broken . The attendants were all young who cared more about talking to each other than answering our questions. Not enough seats for adults to sit and watch kids do the activities. No real instructions for building the cars . Looked more like a doctors office play area than a discovery center

We had a great time playing with Lego Bricks and exploring the space. I had made a mistake with my date/time of my advanced tickets and Enoch was able to help make it right. We spent about 2-2.5 hours between all of the rides and exhibits though my little builder could have stayed more!
