We love Lego's! But found out that we do not get double points at this location because its not afflicted with Lego.

Rude staff, when I arrived my kids were at the gift shop I wanted to validate. The employee said you can only validate if you are going inside Lego land , gift shop doesn’t count . I will never go back

We bought the combination tickets to Sealife and Lego land for this past Sunday for my brothers birthday. He is mentally handicapped and was so excited to see Legoland. Upon scanning our tickets the lady at the front alerted us we needed a child to enter Legoland. Not knowing this policy before I quietly explained the situation. That my brother was mentally handicapped with the mentality was of a 5 year old and he is really excited to see Legoland. They said they could make an exception however they needed to get the managers approval. Thomas (the manager on duty) came over and I explained the situation to him as well. He stated "oh the frustrating part for you, I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll refund two tickets so you only have to buy one more sea life ticket and you guys still get to go to Sealife today.". I understand policy, but I also understand that exceptions can be made, and apparently have been before from how the other lady acted. My brother was heartbroken and literally cried on his birthday because we weren't able to see the Legos. I feel like training for special situations could be a lot better. To say the least I was an Assistant Manager for Hilton, and I know the value of going above and beyond and making exceptions to make someone's day. Especially someone who you can clearly tell is mentally handicap. So answer me this, is it really that hard to try and put in a little effort to make someone's day?

We visited on a Saturday, entered at 11am and left around 2:30.p. We explored nearly all areas including the cafe. Tickets were easy to get and my child enjoyed the day especially the virtual reality. I thought the entry price was reasonable for everything you’re able to do. However there were some issues — When we entered no one explained anything- the digital picture, the shooting ride or the different areas to explore/visit. Most of the Lego build areas did not employees monitoring them. The first area we were in kids were throwing legos across the room; employees nor parents were stopping them. Although the bathroom cleaning sign was initialed for the entire day, it was needed a lot of attention. The cafe food was decent but none of the tables had been wiped down. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would consider visit again.

My Son’s and mine experience was Awesome. From the time we walked in until the time we left everyone was so Friendly. I was going to buy the tickets online but I wasn’t sure what came with what ticket so I waited until I arrived and the gentleman helped me. I think I enjoyed it more than my son. It was well above my expectations. I would highly recommend going.

Awesome place and you get a discount if you show you went to the aquarium next door, the 4d movie was cool, but just seeing my grandson so happy was the best part, if he could write this review, he'd give it 2 thumbs up. And thats what its all about
