I took an intellectually disabled gentleman here because he LOVES legos. Drove 3 hours and was refused entry because we didn’t have anyone under the age of 18. What a shame our guys can’t get some kind of forgiveness for being disabled. Shame on you.!!!

Absolutely ridiculous, for a brand that claims to be all age inclusive, you have to have a child to participate. They wouldn't even let us in. You would assume when you buy 2 adult tickets online there would be a disclaimer, especially if there's no children's tickets being purchased. Spent over $5000 on Legos and will never purchase again.

Commenting on the store not the centre portion (wasn't open when I went) Things look a bit run down. Staff not that enthusiastic about being there. Even a regular Lego store is better.

Legoland KC was a fun experience for my five yr old son and me. We love building Lego together and he loved the large indoor play place, the different building stations and the prebuilt city structures. As fun as it was I had to write a review because as a parent I had a couple of concerns that I wanted to make Legoland KC aware of. 1. It’s Legoland so I expected they would have building stations and interactive play for the kids, which they did, but many of the pieces being used looked like they had not been washed in months if not years. Visible dirt and grime. Technic rods used as axles were bent and just over all unclean. Lego prides itself for quality but the quality of the parts for play was deeply troubling . I know so many families come through and play, so many hands but it’s just bulk Lego - can’t it they be replaced, washed and sanitized? 2. Dust - I know sets left out get dusty, but many of the prebuilt structures and sculptures were dusty, dirty and some were broken - like people had come through and removed pieces or something. I paid near $60 for today’s experience (which for the most part was good) but the quality control was greatly lacking. Disappointed in that. I’m not trying to get my money back or anything - but to pay good money and notice things like sanitation failures - what else are they cutting corners on? - considering how much Lego costs these days, could they not spend a bit extra and show they care about the health of their attendees, especially their main targeted customers, kids. - I’ve always loved Lego / but more and more I’ve notice serious quality issues not only in their sets - but now experiencing it at one of their parks. 5 stars could be given because my son and me enjoyed our time - - but I had to knock off 2 stars because of these concerns and the overall state of the building stations, was frankly disgusting. “Play well? More like. “Play with a pair safety gloves”

A bit small with 2 rides, a 4D movie theatre, a playground, a coffee shop, a mini town. You may pay for a workshop and VR game. You can have birthday party there.

This could be fun for kids 8 - 12. Very little for kids under 8. Few things to build with duplo blox. Little fingers can’t manipulate the small blocks. The VR ride wasn’t working at all. The movie was ok, but we could have watched at home on YouTube. Would not recommend.
