Update - no longer smells like cat pee. But you still cannot use your Lego points or get a gift receipt or a gift card. Their prices are much higher than anything nearby. The gift shop at the end always smells of cat piss. I went in there for the first time about a year and a half ago to get a birthday gift and it reeked. They do not offer gift cards, or gift receipts and you can't use your Lego points card in the shop. Why does it smell of cat piss?!?! I've asked the people who work there and they shrug like it's no big deal. No other store in that mall smells like cat piss. The smell is strongest right when you enter from the mall. I've been there 4 separate times and it always smells of cat piss.

Overall it’s a great place to take the kids. I would suggest 12 years and younger. We have Annual passe, so we go there often throughout the winter. The only downside side is the time they close. I wish they would close later, 6pm or 7pm would be perfect!

Kids seemed to have a lot of fun. The employee Nathan that worked one of the rides on the second floor was phenomenal and very kid friendly! Took the time to make jokes with all the kids and have a good time.

I didn't participate in the Discovery Center. I only visited the LEGO store itself. Lucas and Brian were absolutely fantastic at helping me pick developmentally appropriate sets for a 5 year old girl and provided alternative sets with prices as well. They were transparent and clear with guiding me in the right direction on which sets she'd like the most. Will definitely be back for any future LEGO needs. Thank you both so much!!

We wanted to take our son here for his 2 year birthday. I checked for the prices, and you really charge a 2 year old, the price of an ADULT???!!! That's insane! At least give the little one's cheaper prices. Ridiculous to write 2-12 for 21.99 (online price) and then 13+ is the same prices Might as well do the price for everyone and not separate them

With the exception of the build workshop this place was not worth it. First they overcharged from what the website advertised the place was not clean water had leaked into the 3 d theater that did not smell good the chaired were totally dirty and worn out one of three screens senes in the ride where your shoot was broken so nothing to shoot at then I bought a Lego set and I was told they do not participate in the Lego members account holders and the set I bought is missing a piece on step 12 so stuck until I can get it replaced. Oh and the digital pictures were not available to view on there site.

This place was a disgrace to the LEGO company. EVERYONE was very rude and very unhelpful. The fact that we bought tickets through a third party vendor and NOBODY informed us that in order to get in, you have to be accompanying a child. While trying to get more information, the attendee was basically trying to talk to us from 8ft away, force us out and looked like she was just over the whole thing. There should be some sort of notification or message BEFORE ticket purchases to not waste peoples times. Yall really need to watch who yall are hiring. Never again, this place sucks.

Drove over an hour just to be told that my friend and I were not allowed in because we didn't have any children with us and that only certain nights are adult nights and not the same night every week.
