I actually just used the gift shop. It's a convenient way to get to a lego store without going into the mall. I've found some sets that are sold out at the lego store in stock at the Legoland shop

We enjoyed this experience, despite some bad reviews from trip advisor. We booked tickets with a discount coupon. You can find this coupon on the back of mini Lego sets, I purchased at dollarama. The deal was buy an adult ticket, get child free. This cut our ticket price in half. I think this is worth it at that price. We arrived on a Saturday at 10:45am. Wasn’t too busy, short lineups for activities. We didn’t notice any broken displays, like others had commented. Good activities; an interactive shooting game called the kingdom quest, lots of learning stations along the way, 4D short movie, build your own race car -track included- couple other building stations, jungle gym, Merlin’s merry-go-round ride. We spend about 1.5 hrs . My 6 & 9 yr old kids enjoyed themselves. We would do it again for the same price. Purchased Lego in the store at the end. I noticed lots of staff wandering around- cleaning fallen Lego, there was a Lego police officer walking around taking pictures with kids.

Limited polices against single adults last time I went. Completely reasonable just be aware if you’re not accompanying a kid that you’re going to be locked out of some activities.

Parts of this were great - MINILAND was really cool, especially with the parts that lit up and made noise, plus the day-to-night feature. The movies and rides were fun, although definitely aimed at younger kids (our party was two adults and a 10yo). Too many things were closed or not working though. Long break for one ride (anither staff member should have taken over), the Master Builder never showed, a whole room was never opened. There was a gumball-style machine with the Christmas Minifigs that weren’t available in the store - and it was broken. The attached store was a mess. The Build-a-Minifig area had pieces all mixed up and all over the place. Definitely not what I’ve experienced at other LEGO Stores or facilities. I’m an AFOL so was really disappointed, as was my kid. We made the best of it and did buy some (overpriced at 3/$15) Minifigs, but definitely wouldn’t go back or shop there again.

I went before the Christmas event ended, and we went to the first activity, but they didn't give away the reindeer; they were just flowerpots, and they didn't last long at all.

Closing is an hour early then what it says on pass. The rides close early and the gaming costs extra.

My boyfriend and I love Lego, planned this trip for over a month, drove over an hour, bought tickets, and when waiting in line we got told because we didn’t have a child with us we weren’t allowed in because Lego is geared towards children. Excuse me? Please tell me I’m not the only one who sees something wrong with this? Tons of adults spend hundreds of dollars on Lego sets, enjoy building them, lots which are way too difficult for children to put together and they denied us entrance?!?!?!

A great winter time adventure. I was surprised just how much they were able to make it feel like the Lego land theme park. Great way to experience a piece of the park without going and way less money. I wish Disney did something like this. Loved the Lego Philadelphia replica display.

$131 for a family of 4, and IMO is wildly overpriced. Did I mention that’s for only the “base” tickets? While our kids had fun, you’re effectively paying for large scale stations that wont hold an average kid’s attention for more than ten minutes. Our 6 and 4 year olds liked the play gym and interactive ride the most. We were in and out in about an hour. Don’t plan on going back.

If your kids love Legos this is a great place to take them. They have lots of activities and things to build. The different zones are all themed and you can use your imagination to build whatever you would like with all the Legos in the bins. They have food, bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi so you can hang out for hours without having to leave.

This was a second time here…came with our then 5 year old in 2023, and brought our second child (who’s autistic) this time around with our oldest. I will say not much has changed. Some things were a little more run down or not working at all, but there was also new things to do and see. Both my 8 and 7 year old boys seem to have a great time and that’s all that matters. By the end of our visit we allowed the kids to go into the pirate ship, which is tough for me because I like to be in full control of our youngest, but I also don’t want him missing out on things just because he has special needs. He was clearly getting overstimulated while in the ship because I heard kids complaining about him and parents getting mad at his behaviors (for good reason) so an employee pulled him aside to talk to him and I was able to intervene and get him out. The employee was very helpful, understanding and acting appropriately, and for that I am very appreciative! So whoever she was, scheduled on Jan 2 around 4pm, please thank her again for me. All in all though we had fun and it kept our kids very busy, on an otherwise cold day. We would definitely recommend.
