Very fun place! Perfect for little kids. Plan for a couple of hours there,and then enjoy the fantastic displays, and the fun activities. The ride with the Laser guns is pefect for the older siblings as well the little ones. We really enjoyed making little cars and racing them down the tracks. Again, perfect for the older siblings and parents, as well as the kuds. We were lucky enough to go on a school day, during the early afternoon so the place was not busy at all. And there us the added bonus that they validate your parking!

The employee who answered the phone happily said that she would reserve 2 Fennec Shand minifigure keychains for me after telling her that both Lego store locations in Toronto did not have then in stock, despite the website saying they did. Pickup was quick and painless. Thank you for a great visit.

My son is a big Lego freak and we had a scheduled day and he finally got to go there were rides and little fun things to do but there was no staff giving the kids guidance or there wasn't even a master builder there they had a little master builder office which was like a closet that honestly just had stuff thrown on the floor and is used as storage. My son was bombed they never gave us the sticker or QR code for the pictures so we couldn't use that feature and then at 5:00 they were telling us they were closing an hour early. It was definitely disappointing All that hype for what spend some money and don't get the experience of all that hype

Dirty displays. Staff was not friendly at all or willing to help. Lego "teachers" arguing about who was going to help both saying they weren't helping the customer. Couldn't find parts to do the builds in the most sections. Not much to do and most things weren't buildable. Definitely not worth the price.

First time visit, was a really good experience. Exhibits were interesting and the 4d movie and open lego play were a huge hit with the kids. Only negative was an understaffed snack bar, leading to a line. Highly recommended.

Lexi was so rude in the gift shop that she ruined our visit. She ignored us, then was short and snapped at me when I asked if they participate with the rewards program. Please don’t employ people who lack personality to deal with families. The people in the park were nice and friendly, and having her attitude ruin the whole experience.
