Édit: I lowered my review by 1 star : 1. There is a 15% PRESTO CARD DISCOUNT on right now. But they don’t tell you about it. It’s not posted anywhere at admission. It’s not an option on the kiosk where you pay and the attendants don’t ask you if you have one or let you know about the discount offer. It’s like they are doing everything not to notify customers so no one uses the discount. When I learned about it during our visit I asked the manager if they would credit me for the discount and provided my presto card. She gave me a poor excuse and didn’t offer any solution. 2. I was expecting the store to be amazing…you know like the one place you could find all the amazing Lego sets. No. Many shelves were literally completely empty. My kid commented on how they didn’t really have many good sets or options. I was going to spend some good coin on a bunch of bday presents but the selection was so poor I walked away with just a few mini figures my kid wanted. Also, they charge more than third party sellers like Amazon! I compared the prices to a few sets and they were all cheaper online from other sellers and those weren’t discount prices either. How does it even make sense that the Lego store itself is more expensive than third party sellers?! Fun but small play centre for kids. Brought my almost 6 year old who loves Lego and he had fun. I think it’s most suited to a 6 and under crowd. We came on a weekday and it was not crowded which was great. There are only 2 rides and 1 very short VR ride you pay extra for. There’s a small climbing area with slides and lots of Lego build stations. The Lego City Replica of Toronto, built by master Lego builders is very cool! Cafe prices for water/ drinks were shockingly expensive. The cafe also closes half hour before the centre closes so keep that in mind. Overall for what you get I think it’s overpriced. Most play centres don’t charge for accompanying adults or charge a nominal fee. Also they don’t take cash for anything even at the store which was a pain. I’m glad we came once but I doubt we’d come again d/t the price.

Display is good for the kids but it seems like it needs to be a little more attention to the cleaning since it's a lot of kids and I'm sure there will be a lot of germs circling around also little better organized And lastly looks like it could use some touch-up paint

We purchased the yearly pass for my family around Christmas time and got a great deal. We enjoy visiting on cold days and find it a good play destination when we are cooped up inside! We have brought cousins for play dates and find the space is best suited for kids 4-8. Pros- Enough attractions to keep the kids occupied for a couple hours. Every time we visit they have a new 3D movie to watch. Fun rides and have only had to wait in line 1 time in all the days we have visited. Cons- Not an all day attraction, expect 2-3 hours max. Photos at the front are overpriced. Have never seen workers sanitize anything so I have concerns on how clean the legos and attractions are.

We bought tickets for 10am on a Sunday to only show and find they don't open until 11am. Three kids excited for a birthday party that had to wait around for an hour and the staff response was yes we know this is an issue and we haven't done anything to let customers aware. It would have been so easy to lets us know they had a ticketing issue and not to arrive until 11am instead they didn't even really appoligize for the issue. In general the attactions isn't aging well with lots of broken parts. Not a ton to do we ended up only spending an hour inside after waiting an hour to get in. A disappointing experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The pits to build cars are lacking enough tires for the amount of kids. The mini figure build section only had 1 option for the bottoms which was a white skirt which didnt really go with most of the boyish tops. And the worst part of the place was the insane amount of dust on everything. We left after about and hour because it was so incredibly dusty. My kids had a good enough time but for the price it should definitely be stocked better and cleaned much more
