Underwhelming to the nth degree. Entertaining with limits. The ride is good for young kids. Most of the play areas are ok, but nothing exciting. The self-play and self-build just don't have the right pieces to make it exciting. The most impressive piece is the pre-built display with mechanical and lighting, homage to DC. But can't do much with it. The cafe sucks, brews Starbucks coffee, which is most disappointing, and the food options haven't been updated since 1991.

Small and overpriced. They used to have sun-Friday membership and was worth it with discount. Can't believe they got rid of it. Regular price is not worth it. You can finish the whole place in 2 hours. I don't think anything is sanitized here frequently. And with kids you know snot and sneezy hands will touch literally everything in there.
Great place, we took our 5 y/o for his birthday...

The wait for the 2 rides are long, the 2 rides are terrible, tickets are expensive, and the center is small. There's not a lot to do there. My kids were bored and ready to go after 10 minutes. Would not recommend!

Store had the worst customer service, lack of empathy with kid and parents, no assistance during personalized service, one of the employee was rude with my family during the 40min we were there. It was the worst experience I had had at a lego store. Management doesn’t care at all. Save your money, time and order online.

Went to get military discount and found out they charge more for military than for general admission tickets. Unethical as hell especially with a military post here. The picture with the higher amount is after signing not IDme and verifying being military. Tried calling but they don’t not answer their phones. Going there is just as bad as they drug it off and say to get tickets on line.
