Subject: Formal Complaint: Misleading Ticket Policy and Poor Customer Experience To the Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my visit to your Toronto location today. I traveled from Strathroy specifically to visit LEGOLAND, only to be turned away at the entrance. While I eventually found the policy stating that adults must be accompanied by a child on your website, this restriction was not made clear during the ticket-purchasing process. When a customer selects a single adult admission, there should be an explicit, unavoidable warning that entry will be denied without a child present. Burying this information in the FAQs section is insufficient for such a critical entry requirement. Furthermore, I suggest adding a dedicated "Adults Only" tab to your main navigation to highlight Adult Night events. This would prevent others from wasting a full day and a long commute as I did. While I received a refund, it does not compensate for the lost time and travel expenses. Due to this experience, I will be sharing this incident with others and reconsidering my future LEGO purchases.
