Our daughter asked... "Momma, why is there someone on the top of that building like that." We could not believe what we were seeing... a crying LEGO character on the ledge of a tall building that was part of the Boston cityscape display. I assume some staff member thought this would be funny, but this is beyond awful.

My oh my has this place fallen from grace. I came here with the kids a few times over the past couple of years, and things were normally well-stocked. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth nowadays. None of the building areas have any variety. You can tell that each station is supposed to feel different, but it’s the same pieces throughout. Thinking of building a car? Good luck sharing the three remaining wheels with everybody else in the attraction. The first thing you do when you enter is build a Lego person, but the only leg pieces available are white dresses. Most of the remaining bricks leave your hands feeling sticky and grimey after twenty minutes. The large Lego builds look like they haven’t been dusted or cleaned in months, and overall, it feels like no time or money has been put into the guest experience for quite some time. The most redeeming qualities are the ride and the model building team (although our favorite guy with the hotdog and the banana hasn’t been there the past few times we’ve been). I don’t know if there was a change in leadership or brick refilling policies over the past year, but I can’t see this place surviving without a major overhaul. It’s a shame because this used to be such a great place to burn a few hours with the kids. (And if management is reading this, please spare me the ChatGPT generated response that you seem to do with every other comment)

Brought my 4 yo child to this place, even though he loves Lego, I don’t think there’s much for him to do there. Maybe I’ve set the bar too high (we’ve been to the Legoland in Florida, which is way bigger and nicer). Legoland at Plymouth Meeting is a pretty small place for kids to explore, worth checking out but be prepared that there are only limited activities like slides for young children, pirate play castle, laser tag room, some Lego play stations…. There is a big Philadelphia building exhibit. Overall the place is a little dark so if your children are afraid of darkness, this might not be a good place to visit. Reasonable for a 1.5 hr play time.

We were super excited to go to the lego store! I mean come on who wouldn't? When we got there we asked about the passports the lady automatically had an attitude. No we don't get those was her response. As we walked through the store NOTHING had a price tag when we asked a price you thought we asked for their banking info. We finally decided on some unknown priced items waited in line. When we got to the checkout we again had miss passport lady and again attitude, she didnt even see me the first time so this would have been her first time talking to me. No hello no did you find everything no communication. We asked about our lego point and was told no. Then the lady looked at me and said we're an outlet store lego doesn't treat us the same and we dont have lego perks. We were down being treated that way and 100% walked away from and didn't buy anything!

My real rating is 4.5. My only complaint is that cash is not accepted for tickets or snacks (within the internal bar/cafe). I understand the convenience of debit/credit cards for the company, but I really prefer having the option of cash. The actual experience was very good, with compliments to the staff outside and within, who roamed and checked on vistors/customers. Particularly nice greetings & introductions from Alex (with the clown nose) and Austin. Bravo to the staff!

I was disappointed in Legoland. I think it would probably be more fun for kids 6 and under. There wasn’t much for older kids to do and I think adults should not have to pay $22 for a ticket bc there is nothing for adults to do. Definitely was not worth the amount that I paid for 10 people.
