Subject: Formal Complaint: Misleading Ticket Policy and Poor Customer Experience To the Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my visit to your Toronto location today. I traveled from Strathroy specifically to visit LEGOLAND, only to be turned away at the entrance. While I eventually found the policy stating that adults must be accompanied by a child on your website, this restriction was not made clear during the ticket-purchasing process. When a customer selects a single adult admission, there should be an explicit, unavoidable warning that entry will be denied without a child present. Burying this information in the FAQs section is insufficient for such a critical entry requirement. Furthermore, I suggest adding a dedicated "Adults Only" tab to your main navigation to highlight Adult Night events. This would prevent others from wasting a full day and a long commute as I did. While I received a refund, it does not compensate for the lost time and travel expenses. Due to this experience, I will be sharing this incident with others and reconsidering my future LEGO purchases.

Had a blast here with my 4 year old. While you can touch or play with some of the designs, there is so much to do and build. The climbing area, laser maze, and 4d movie were highlights.

This place is incredibly underwhelming for the price. It would be worth it for half the price. They really get you to pay $35 to play with a bunch of broken, dirty lego pieces. The best part was the pirate ship, a little playground - so I basically paid $70 for my 3 year old to play on a playground for a couple hours. Maybe other legoland locations are better, but this one was pretty terrible.

To be honest, I dont think we will be back. Not because of staff of anything like that. Its more of a one and done experience at this location. The interactive ride was the best part.

Expensive and dirty, the filth was literally caked on everything and our whole family got sick after. You would be better off spending your money on a Lego set to play with at home.
