Noel greeted us and provided some background about Legoland, checked in on us and other guests around us throughout our time there, even when they were swamped with March Break. The staff manning the line were friendly and knowledgeable which really helped the kids be patient in line. We spent 4 hours there are could have stayed longer. Wear really comfortable shoes. Also the Cafe is unexpectedly reasonably priced given where it is. Getting Starbucks coffee was unexpected but appreciated.

We took our two grandsons (ages 5 1/2 and 8 1/2) to Legoland at Plymouth Meeting Mall on Monday March 9th. What a FABULOUS experience for the boys and for us - all largely due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who seemed very committed to making sure we all enjoyed our visit (we were there for 4 hours - from about 12:15pm until nearly 4:30pm!). The line-up of excellent staff we were fortunate enough to interact with were as follows: - the lovely guy at the entrance who checked us in with a friendly "no worries" when we arrived EARLY for our 12:30pm ticketed time because the boys just couldn't wait to get in - the two guys operating the initial "Imagination Express" ride who immediately. addressed our youngest grandson's worries when we got to the end of the ride and our grandson thought that ride was the whole Legoland experience and there was nothing more to see beyond that; - the young woman who staffed the pirate ship/ropes climbing area who greeted the boys in such a friendly and welcoming way, gave them encouragement to explore all areas of the pirate ship and go up to the highest spots, and she also gave us some tips on where to have the boys climb to, to get the best photos of them from down below - the guy who was the "assistant master builder" who spent a lot of time talking with the boys about different creations he was making with Legos and what his job is like as a Lego master builder here (oldest grandson immediately started calculating how many more years until he can apply for a job to work here as a Master Builder!) - that same staff member also opened up the Virtual Reality area, even though it wasn't staffed at that time, so the boys could use the VR tickets we had purchased as an add-on; my oldest grandson described this guy as "super cool" and wrote a note specifically about him on the survey we completed at the end of our visit - the guy who ran the 4D movie theater who showed the boys the best seats in different sections of the theater to experience all of the "4D" effects each of the 3 times we returned to make sure we saw all 3 of the movies being shown - and finally, a big shout-out to the guy who opened up the cafe for us, even though it was closed at the time, so that "Gigi and Pops" could get much-needed coffee and tea! All in all, that afternoon was the best money we've ever spent for a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the boys as well as ourselves! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

Because it was spring break the tickets couldn’t be ordered online. The price showed $24.99 online, and it ended up being $29.99 at the desk. It says that they crowd control, so that you can have the best experience. That was clearly not the case. It is so small inside. It was overcrowded. The wait time in line for the attractions were ridiculously long for how short the attractions were. One attraction you’re suppose to be saving the princess, and the screens barely worked, so you didn’t even know the story. You couldn’t really enjoy building at all because it was so many people. The bathrooms were not clean and smelled horrible. The best part about this whole place was the Lego Store, however you can find the same Lego sets at Walmart, Target, or Amazon.

It's a really cool place for kiddos that love Legos. They have 2 rides, tons of build areas including an area to build a car with 2 different ramps to test it on, with a play area and a ninja training course, as well as 4D movies showing every 30 minutes. There's a room for parties, and a room with a dico grid floor that lights up and another that has tables and a video showing how to build stuff. There's also Phoenix Sky Harbor, downtown Phoenix, the Arizona Mills Mall, baseball and football stadiums as well last the Grand Canyon and some other desert scenes all built out of Legos. Look for the "Easter eggs" hidden in the scenery. They have a Master builders Room that shows where all the designs come to life. We planned a later visit in the day and could have easily gone earlier and made a day out of it for the kids.
