Relatively clean. A bit limited on activities, but ok for the price (with the kids go free pass).

We won admission through a competition and they wouldn’t let us in because we don’t have a kid 😮‍💨 WHAT hahaha feels a bit harsh!! They felt bad so one of the team members escorted us to see the lego San Antonio which was appreciated, but was a bit of an uncomfortable situation as she hovered around and couldn’t leave us on our own? Just a bit bizarre, grown ups like Lego too bro

The place was fun for small kids. I gave it 2 stars because everything was a good experience until we got to this ride, my daughter has Autism & carries a comfort item. The ride operator told us she couldn’t have her stuffed animal during the ride due to safety reasons (UNDERSTANDABLE), but the part that pissed us off is when he became annoyed by my daughter crying for her toy. Although, it may have been risky to continue the ride without the toy, he didn’t give my daughter a chance & kicked her off the ride. We visited at 3/20/26 around 12:45pm with my daughter’s school. I spoke to the manager and she did accommodate my issue, which I truly appreciate it. I’m just writing this review for families with loved ones that have Autism and carries a comfort item, please bypass this ride if your loved one is unable to go without their comfort item because he didn’t understand how eager my baby wanted to get on the ride although she was frustrated about her toy, he was very dismissive and seemed to be racist too based off his attitude.

Took kiddos here last weekend, everyone had a blast. Kiddos watched a "4D" movie", climbed on two story indoor playground, built their own lego cars to race, and rode on two indoor rides including one where my sons shot at bats and zombies. The kids could not stop talking about coming back for the rest of the day!!

We had such a fun Sunday at LEGOLAND! One of the highlights for us was the 4D movie our son was completely locked in the entire time. Between the effects and the alien storyline, it was such a cool experience and definitely something we didn’t expect to enjoy that much. They also had a stamp scavenger hunt going on, which made exploring even more fun. It turned the whole day into a little adventure, and my son loved having a “mission” as we walked around. But hands down, his favorite part was the Playscape. It was the perfect space for him to run around, play, and just be a kid. Everything felt super family-friendly, clean, and well organized. Watching our son have that much fun made the whole day so worth it. Definitely a memory we’ll hold onto. we’ll be back for sure!

The absolute worst time at Lego land Discovery centre Vaughan. The manager Jose is extremely rude and needs training on customer service. I have NEVER been spoken to or treated to so poorly. We bought tickets for 2:30pm and the line up was around the store so we started waiting at 1:45pm. We reached the front of the line at 2:15pm and Jose didn’t even make contact with us and kicked us out of the line and sent us to the back of the line to wait for getting to the front of the line 15 minutes before our time slot. We then had to wait for over half an hour to get in again. Mind you, we have two small children who were extremely restless when we got to the front of the line the first time. We asked for a refund since our kids were restless, and were sent back to Jose who basically laughed at us and didn’t even want to speak to us. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but I have never experienced someone so rude. We were thinking of doing our son’s birthday party here but wanted to check it out first, and I will never go back here. I will also be sure to tell our friends and family how extremely pleasant Jose and the staff at Lego land are. Never again.

Overall it was a nice experience. The k8ds really enjoyed themselves. However, my only complaint would be how busy it was. Personally I think there should be a time limit of at least 2 hours, to better control the crowd. It was very busy. The play place, I didn't like so much because I can't see my kids once they've gone into it. I like having better access to them, especially in a crowd. But they still had a good time here.

The overall experience of Legoland was great. It’s absolutely child appropriate and many wonderful engagement opportunities, and creativity projects to work on. However, the reason I am only giving it three stars is due to the issue I had with their Cafe. There was a manager there named Emily who not only took 40 minutes to give me a coffee but also screamed at me and treated me with complete disrespect as a customer just wanting their coffee. She had a huge attitude and was only causing more issues than necessary. The Cafe however was able to give me a complete refund for the coffee. No thanks to her however as she never made my coffee and then hid in the back. She had light brown hair in a pony tail and a big white bow on.

Very disappointed with our recent visit. A significant number of the interactive exhibits were out of order, with several dead buttons and lights that wouldn't turn on. To make matters worse, the lockers were broken, making it difficult to manage our gear. Given the high admission price, I expected everything to be functional. Right now, it feels neglected and not worth the cost. Save your money until they perform some much-needed maintenance.

Payed almost 150$ for 2 parents and 2 kids. Complete rip off. They go by time slots but let in unlimited amount of people that my kids couldn't even play anything they wanted. Waste of money. Stay away
