Pricey for 2 adults and 2 kids but we had a nice time. Got right in when they opened, lots of cool displays and things for the kids to create and ride. The jungle gym area was nice too, when they needed to run around a bit and blow off some steam. Also enjoyed the small food area for snacks. It was clean, too. Our family had a nice time overall!

Anthony (master Lego builder) was awesome! He was attentive, truly enjoyed what he was doing and was able to show us some of his personal builds! He was a great teacher and I hope you get to have a class with him! Came for my nephews birthday party! He’s 6! I was just a guest, so unsure of what type of ticket but the experience was great for the little ones and some fun for the adults (Lego building) too!

Unfortunately we were unimpressed. It was far too crowded. The restrooms were filthy and smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. The lego pieces in the building areas seemed dirty. Won't be back. Grandkids had fun though.

We are an annual pass holder. This morning when we came, it is closed due to a private event till 1:30. We drove an hour to get here. They should have sent an email to annual pass holders like us (1: they have our email; 2: we purchase the pass which means we come often) about upcoming closure or private events so we can plan ahead. It appears that they don’t value customers like us so we will not renew our pass once it expires. I wanted to flag this to others (especially those who live far) - if you plan to come, better call them first to confirm it opens. Theoretically we don’t need to do this and it is on the to communicate in advance, but we need to do it for obvious reasons.

When I visited LEGOLAND Discovery Center at Great Lakes Crossing, only the store side was open. They do have a nice selection of LEGOs for purchase but I was expecting to see more characters. The store was pretty crowded, and there were kids who were visibly sick, sneezing and touching a lot of the items, which made you not want to touch anything. Other than that, this is a nice store for Legos.

We visited on a Saturday and it was busy, but that was expected—the main issue was that it was really lacklustre. We had a toddler and two kids and there is only one area where the toddler can play which is the Duplo Village and there were older kids throwing foam bricks so it was not safe nor was it fun for toddlers to play in. There weren’t enough duplos for them to really build much, but that leads me to the next point—there weren’t enough Lego’s in any of the areas to really construct much! The rides are sparse and not worth the $30 per ticket, plus one of the rides is an additional cost of $7 for a VR experience. The Lego model walkthrough is also outdated, poorly lit, with many of the buttons not working, which affects the whole experience and was disappointing to the children. Something to also consider is that the space is SMALL, hot, and dirty—the interactive models were dusty, the playground was dirty, the foam blocks were black with dirt, the set up areas were grimy. We had also hoped to buy a Lego Set at the gift shop, as our kid had a Lego gift card, but the store not actually Lego branded, so be aware that they don’t accept those. I hate to leave such a bad review but we had been waiting to take the children there for a while just because of how expensive it was and it definitely did NOT live up to the hype. It definitely felt like a money grab. The staff seem overworked and overwhelmed by the amount of people allowed in, so many things are an additional cost(like $42 for DOWNLOADED photos!). I would not recommend going, unfortunately. Save your money and spend the day at Aquarium or Crown Center.

Awesome time, too many kids but it's still great. Take your kids, but try to go when there's not a lot of people. You have to wait a long time to do anything
