I brought my 4 and 7 year old boys for a birthday adventure. I never dreamed we would spend 5 hours there but my kids could have played all day. My Lego-loving 7 year old was in total bliss. They absolutely loved the 4D movies and building Lego cars that they could ramp and race with other children. Next time we will plan to go for the whole day. Food was limited in variety but I felt the prices were fair for that type of place. Greate experience.

Visited LEGOLAND Discovery Center on a weekday, so it wasn’t crowded, which was nice. The place is clean and well maintained, and the NYC replica is impressive. However, it didn’t feel worth the price for what’s offered. The 4D shows are just okay, and there isn’t much variety in activities. I’d recommend going only if you’re really into Lego.

I don't know if there's a cap to how many people can enter in a given time frame, but for how small the facility is, it was extremely overcrowded and there wasn't a lot of space to play/build. People were on top of each other and our kids didn't get to do a lot of building.

I think timing is of essence when you go to places like this. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was uncomfortably crowded. Bump to bump which made the visit not great. There were 2 or 3 rides but the lines were incredibly long for a 5 min ride. They should do reservations so people can come in shifts to make it more enjoyable.
