(Translated by Google) A fantastic experience! We cycled around the island as a family in a single day without getting tired thanks to the electric bikes. Pure pleasure! The team was very welcoming and friendly, and best of all, they're open year-round. The bikes were brand new and purchased locally (Machechoul). We'll be back! (Original) Très belle expérience ! (Translated by Google) Disappointing After a pleasant stay, a terrible start. The return of our luggage for the 9:45 ferry barely arrived at the port at 9:40. Talk about stress! And the owner, apparently unfriendly, told us they weren't used to handling this ferry! Oh really, so it's the customer's fault... thanks, madam... No comment. She'll tell you we still had plenty of time... Especially since the day before, her two salespeople had promised to pick up our luggage at La Croix at 8:45! And nobody showed up at 9:15. It's not that complicated to inform the customer. In short, terrible. Or how to ruin the end of a stay. A place to absolutely avoid. Usually, for the past 30 years, we've rented our bikes from La Trottinette and everything is fine. Well, they don't care about our comments; it's such a factory that one more customer doesn't matter.

(Translated by Google) UNRELIABLE. Luggage collection at La Croix was arranged at the last minute (9:15 am) for a 9:45 am ferry. This was despite commitments made the day before (express request to be there at 8:45 am, which went unchallenged). The owner's welcome was disastrous. What a shame to end a holiday like this. If you need to catch an early morning ferry, avoid this rental company; they cannot keep their promises. (Original) PAS FIABLE.
