Nous sommes une famille de 4 dont une petite fille de 3 ans et demi et un bébé de 8 mois nous avons donc opté pour un vélo électrique avec nacelle nourrisson et un vélo classique avec suiveur, nous n’avons rien avancé sur le site mais renseigné notre heure de collecte des vélos. Les vélos nous attendaient prêts, l’équipe est top et super agréable, ils nous ont réglé les vélos et donnez de précieux conseils pour notre journée de visite, les vélos sont en super état et la nacelle très confortable pour notre bébé. A savoir les anti vols sont intégrés pour les vélos adultes et fournis pour le suiveur. Dans la nacelle il reste une place pour un enfant et une place pour mettre des affaires type sac à dos manteaux etc .. Notre grande a passé une de ses plus belles journées c était magique tellement elle s est amusée. Quand elle a eu besoin, elle a pu se reposer dans la nacelle à côté de sa sœur c était vraiment top. Pour le retour tout a été aussi simple qu’au départ l équipe a fait le Check retour nous avons réglé et en 5 min nous étions sortis. Le tarif est plus que raisonnable pour le matériel mis à dispo et le service. À savoir si vous avez un problème durant votre location ( ex type crevaison ou autre ) il vous dépanne de suite gratuitement ou que vous soyez sur l île.
