I booked Connemara and Kylemore Abbey trip with Lally tours as many local people was suggested this tour company. In the halfway to the tour, I arrived 10 mins late to the stop. But the driver has left me at Kylemore Abbey without any prior warning in the remote area. No apology has been made so far. When I contacted their tour, I encountered only dissimissive and coldness attitude and asked me to return to Galway by myself. I also felt the result of this treatment may be due to racism. Dissimissive attitude, unfair treatment, lack of empathy from the Lally tours is very disappointing. Don't recommend this tour company at all.

Barry was our tour guide today, 10/10 would recommend! We did the small tour (about 18 of us) cliffs of Moher boat tour and then to one of the Aran islands , Inisheer. He was very knowledgeable our driver was great too. Barry answered all of our questions and you can tell he truly enjoys taking people around on tours.

I took a coach/ferry tour . It was a lovely day! Barry was very helpful and entertaining. Our group was great! All went smoothly!

This tour was very informative and fun. Gerry is the best tour guide and is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone. It is a great way to see quite a bit in one day.

Fantastic guided tour to Kylemore Abbey! Seamus was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, friendly, and brought great energy to the trip. The views were stunning, the pace was perfect, and the music added a nice Irish touch. Highly recommend!

We took 2 tours with Lally and they were both great. The Cliffs of Moher tour was amazing and the Hop On Hop Off bus in Galway was a lot of fun!

Gerry was absolutely fabulous from the moment we met. Great commentary along the trip. The cave experience was well worth the extra and it was only one extra unlike the day before were it seemed the only thing worth seeing you paid extra (2 times) and frankly not that great. Felt like they should pay us for the bus trip. BUT I digress - Lally was a treat to deal with and the best tour we experienced in Ireland.

Tour to Abbey with Seamus was perfect. That what I was expecting from Ireland, good views, no rush, Irish music (I really liked playlist, marked some of the music for myself). Thank you Seamus s lot. You saved my tour by Ireland. The bus was comfortable with ability to charge. Everything was clear and a lot of facts I knew from that tour.

That was a great tour. Our best in Ireland. Seamus was very interesting and kind. He told us many anecdotes and explanations about the different sites we saw. And the landscapes and the abbey of Kylemore were so beautiful.

Our tour guide, Paul, was great! Even though he was on the newer side, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He offered a lot of great insight and perspectives. He was also super nice. The tour itself was very good. You don’t really do a lot of walking, if that’s a concern. It would have been great to offer a choice of cider or beer as the drink at the first 2 pubs. I am not an oyster fan, so the first stop I gave my oyster to my husband, but the ham and cabbage dish at the second stop was delicious!

Had a great day doing the one day Galway tour to the Cliffs of Moher, Inis Oirr and Connemara with Barry as an excellent guide and Ashwan as an excellent driver. I would highly recommend doing this tour if you’re in Galway.

The tour was absolutely incredible. I can’t possibly recommend it enough. John B was an absolutely incredible, passionate, knowledgeable, and professional guide. I’m an operations director so it takes a lot to impress me with logistics and I was more than impressed. The sites were beautiful and we saw so much. Thank you!
