We did a horseback riding tour with Jill! She was phenomenal! Super friendly, explained everything and gave great information on the island, history and the ranch! My husband rode Moose and I rode Scotty. Both were very safe and easy to ride. The horses are well cared for and well fed. As a fellow equestrian I was happy to see them in such good shape! The views on our tour were breathtaking. I think this is a great tour to do for anyone.

My wife and I visited Kualoa Ranch and did the Jungle Expedition Cruise — and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide, Ian, made the entire experience unforgettable. He was super informative, sharing local Hawaiian legends, cultural stories, and the rich history of the park and surrounding lands. On top of that, Ian had a great sense of humor that kept everyone laughing and engaged the whole time. You could tell he truly loves what he does and takes pride in sharing the beauty and history of Kualoa with visitors. We loved every minute of it — the scenery, the storytelling, and especially our guide. Mahalo, Ian, for making our tour one we’ll never forget! Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Oʻahu!

We had been looking forward to our visit to Kualoa Ranch and paid a lot of money for this experience, but the check-in process left us with a very sour first impression. The employee at the counter, Raquel, was extremely rude and cold in her interactions. Instead of being welcomed with the aloha spirit that Hawaii is known for, we felt brushed off and unwelcome. For a place that charges premium prices and advertises world-class experiences, it’s unacceptable to have the first point of contact be so unprofessional. The check-in counter should set the tone for the day, and unfortunately, Raquel’s demeanor made us feel more like a burden than valued guests. Kualoa Ranch is a beautiful location with so much potential for amazing memories, but I strongly suggest management place people in guest-facing roles who genuinely enjoy hospitality and can treat visitors with kindness and respect.

This is a breathtaking out of this world experience. 🤯 I've always been a huge fan of the Jurassic Park films. Visiting here is like my childhood dream coming true!! The scenery and mountain range are simply out of this world. The whole excursion is just epic. This is a MUST DO for anyone visiting Hawaii 💯👍
