After booking this tour internationally with the help of Kualoa Ranch’s online support chat, we were given incorrect information that led us to purchase the full-day package, which was not what we wanted or were told we needed. We specifically asked how to book the horse riding experience and which package included it, but were misinformed. When we arrived and realized the mistake, the ticket staff offered no assistance or flexibility, even after explaining that the booking was made based on guidance from their own team. If this was a technical issue or a chatbot error, there should have been proper support to help resolve it. It felt like the focus was on upselling rather than ensuring guests have the experience they’re expecting, which was disappointing after travelling so far.

Did the novice e-bike tour. The scenery is very beautiful but I do think the cost is way to high for what you get. There were only 3 stops. They tell you to come 45 mins early but check in took about 5 mins. Then included in the 2 hour tour was 30mins of showing a safety video, then going over again what the video just showed and then doing a biking test. So the actual tour is really only 90 mins. There were only 4 people on my tour can’t imagine how long it would take if it was a full tour.

Amazing and beautiful, we did the electric bike tour with nice bikes, but also got to see the bunker from WWII (which the ATVs didn't get to do)

What an incredible adventure! My daughter received a trip to Hawaii through Make-A-Wish, and we chose to go horseback riding. We were based in Waikiki, which is about an hour's drive away, and the scenic route allowed us to take in the beauty of the island. The staff was fantastic—fun, respectful, and welcoming, which really put us at ease. Our guide ensured that I felt comfortable and relaxed during the entire experience. I was a bit anxious and nervous at first, but knowing that the staff was highly skilled helped me feel secure. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience; the views are simply stunning. While you won't find any props from Jurassic Park, the experience truly immerses you in the feeling of being part of that cinematic world. It's also important to highlight the ranch's support and involvement with Make-A-Wish. This wonderful organization has brought hope and healing to my family through the wishes they grant. I can't recommend it enough!

The views and atmosphere are second to none! The staff was superb! They were friendly and did a great job! The food was excellent as well. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the rodeo taking place at the same time and at times being louder then the wedding speakers and making it difficult to hear such a memorable day. It was disappointing considering the overall venue!

Had such a great experience here. My family did the UTV Raptor Tour. The guides were awesome! Matt's hilarious. We got some amazing pictures and some fun family memories. This place knows what they're doing and have every step organized for you. Everything went smooth and the tour itself was spectacular. Dress appropriately because regardless of the weather you will have a layer of dust and dirt film all over. So worth it. Highly recommend.

We loved our 3 hour atv tour with Johnny from Ewa! He had fun stories and history to share, and seemed very passionate about his job. You could tell he loved it! He made our small family (including a 5 year old), as well as the other 2 couples on our tour feel very comfortable. He was able to answer all of our questions, take us to cool spots, and assist with producing some cool Dino pics (iykyk) 😆

We had high expectations for the ranch, atv’s, movie sets, beautiful views, unfortunately it falls a little short. We have done the atv and a year later the bus movie tour. If you’re expecting a backlot movie experience you will be disappointed. Hardly any movie sets or props are left, just lots of …. well that was filmed here. My advice to them, add some movie sets, rebuild old ones?? add some more props ( if they are legally allowed?) it is under done as a movie tour, and needs more for the prices charged. I would go back if they did.
