Really bad customer service. We booked the horseback riding and arrived 5 minutes before. The woman argued with us that we are late and didn’t let us join the group who still watched the 3 minute safety video. After calling the manager she agreed to delay us to 3pm tour(an hour after) when we did this tour another couple arrived only 5 minutes earlier and joined the safety video which didn’t even work. Horrible customer service!

You'll definitely like it!! 🙂🤙 7/2025 With numerous direct feedback from people I've come across, it's definitely a point of interest everyone should consider putting on their radar when on Oahu. It's an impressive operation spanning over 4000 acres. There's a food concession out there too. Put it on your list early though when you start planning and booking flights. 😉🤙✌️

This UTV tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Jonny was an incredible guide — fun, high-energy, and full of great vibes. Even with the rain, the tour was still so much fun, and Jonny made sure everyone stayed excited and comfortable. Would 100% recommend!

Beautiful View! Definitely not two hours they’re taking their time until the tour starts, And you don’t stop all the cool spots they show you on the website that’s only in the bus, if you’re coming to see the beautiful nature and view -it’s amazing! But you’re not gonna stop at the cool spots..

We did a 2hr UTV tour yesterday (8:15am) and it was amazing! Eden and the other tour guide (sorry I can’t remember your name- Eden was with the last 2 UTVs) were wonderful! You can tell they both really love their jobs on the ranch and have so much respect for the Hawaiian culture and the family that owns the ranch. This was one of our favorite adventures on our family trip. Thank you so much for a great time and making learning about the land so interesting for our entire family.

Did the e-bike your yesterday and it was AMAZING!! Even with the wetter-than-normal situation, it was so fun and so worth it. Wish they would have told us about needing closed toed shoes though! I ended up having to get a pair of reef shoes at their store. 🤨 but Cheyenne was our guide and she was great! Very fun and personable!
