Ultra e bike tour was awesome! Ryder took us on a 3 hr private ultra e-bike tour. He was knowledgeable, easy going and lovely to hang with. Our two teenage boys loved it!! Thanks Ryder!

Beware, this place is a tourist trap in every sense of the phrase. Could be cool if you have little kids who are obsessed with Jurassic Park movies but otherwise I'd stay far away from here and enjoy the natural beauties that Ohau has to offer for free without having to deal with umpteen tourists. The mountains are absolutely stunning but you can easily see them from he State park down the road.

Great tours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't get the popular 3 tours package. The movie tour has a lot of movie sites that you can take pictures. The Jungle tour has the Jurassic World gate movie site. The Kualoa grown tour wasn't worth it. Nothing worth seeing unless you're a botanist or into agriculture. Don't sit in the front row of the tour truck unless you want to get soaking wet during heavy rain. Bring your own poncho or you can buy a poncho there for $3.

This place is too commercial and not family friendly! We would NOT recommend this place. We had BAD experiences with the ticket officer today. The ticket officer have NO patience and they are NOT kids friendly. we booked our tour at 12:40pm for the jungle tour and we arrive at 12:38pm and they told us we couldn’t check in but we still saw the bus not leaving yet . They are not refund but only credit for the tour only, credit could’t apply for any food or drink or shopping. We told the lady that we gonna leave tonight and we could not use the credit and they are not helping to switch to any other tour. The ladies in the tickets office is kind of RUDE and have ZERO patience to take care of their customers. I also saw this case happened to many other people because it’s heavy rain today and traffic cause the delay. They DO NOT allow waiting list or standby and Zero Flexibility! I definitely Not recommend this place if you have any other choice to go!

Do not waste your money. Very unaccomdating and poor customer service for a family member who had cancer and couldn’t participate on a very rainy day. We were very very disappointed.

If you choose an e bike on a rainy day, be aware that some bikes don't have RAIN GUARDS. The splash while riding can make you lose your vision and you get muddy all over. Otherwise it was great and the guide was very enthusiastic, if I had the chance next time I would come back except it wasn't a rainy day.

Ava and Brandon were amazing guides had the best time on the UTV tour. Ava took the best photos on the tour - appreciate her taking the time to capture moment for our family to look back on.

We went on the 3 hour dexule UTV tour and it was a blast!! It was raining all morning before our tour and the majority of our tour which made it more fun, don't cancel! They gave us ponchos for the tour and it was even more fun. Our tour was small with only 3 UTVs and the tour guide was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took us all over stopping and taking photos for us at all the beautiful sites. We were amazed at how many movies were filmed at that location, so fun to see! Kualoa Ranch is a must see if you're on Oahu, it's truly stunning!

We did the shorter UTV tour at Kualoa Ranch and it was one of the highlights of our family trip for everyone! The tour does a good job of having a bit of everything: history of the ranch, movie filming locations, beautiful nature, UTV excitement, and humor from the guides! Our guides, Sheldon and Kai, were the absolute best. They were very knowledgeable and kind, cracking jokes with us, giving us local food recommendations, and taking creative photos of us. Definitely add this to your travel plans and consider yourself lucky if you get Sheldon and Kai as your tour guides!

Definitely a great experience if you are a nature lover. Feels like a nice drive through a little forest either beautiful valleys and views of the ocean at various places. Pretty easy to drive those UTVs. We were a bit hesitant and chose a couple of drive along rides but not really that different from your own raptor rides. Guides were pretty helpful and knowledgeable about the area and made sure everyone stayed safe through the ride. Ride was about 2 hours. Recommend wearing a light jacket as it much cooler inside the ranch. Not such a big deal if you are going to visit the place for movie locations.

Kauloa Ranch was exactly as it was billed. The UTV experience was fun for my family because we got to drive which keeps you more engaged. We learned a lot about the place and it's worth it, especially if you are Jurassic Park franchise or Kong franchise fans! *hint hint* We had Matt and (sorry, forgot his name) and Matt was energetic. I'd cut down on the dad jokes by 50% though if I had any critique. I recommend, especially if you've never driven a UTV, rode a horse, or e-bike. This is your chance! It was sold out when we arrived so I also recommend buying your tickets online.
