The ranch is awesome. My boyfriend and I did the jungle tour and it was really cool and had amazing scenery. Matt was our guide on the tour and he was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. The ranch offers so many different types of tours, all of which seem super fun. There is also a good selection of cool items and souvenirs in the gift shop, as well as some tasty food options in the cafeteria and in the farm store. It was also neat to be able to pet the horses. Definitely make sure to cool off with one of the gourmet popsicles available for purchase in the farm store- the Cookie Monster one was amazing.

Did the 2hr atv tour with driver. Our driver was Duncan and his sidekick Peter. They both did an outstanding job with our group!! Stopped along the way at a few sights to take photos. Very knowledgeable with the history of the place. Loved the fun photo op with the t-Rex! Safety was always a priority. Even though it rained some and windy it still was a great time! Gift shop had some fun gifts to take home. A beautiful and spiritual place! Would recommend this experience to any traveler to Hawaii!

Kualoa Ranch was such an amazing experience and one of the highlights of our trip. We did the Best of Kualoa tour, and it was the perfect way to see and experience the ranch. The scenery is absolutely stunning; lush mountains, open valleys, and ocean views that don’t even feel real. The tour was well organized, informative, and a lot of fun, and our guides did a great job sharing the history of the land while keeping things engaging. It was a great mix of sightseeing and learning, and never felt rushed. If you’re visiting Oahu, this is a must-do experience and well worth the time.

Be careful when booking. We were told that the prior booking agent, Hawaii Tours became insolvent on December 20, 2025 so Kualoa Ranch then cancelled our reservation and we lost $352. I directly called Kualoa Ranch. Rather than honoring their agent's commitment they "kindly" offered to let me pay for a new booking which I declined. By the way the new booking agent goes by the same name of "Hawaii Tours". Very disappointing.

Kualoa Ranch is a magical place that allows you to get up close to some of the most amazing mountain and water views on Oahu. The tours are educational AND entertaining. Plus the lunch buffet was really tasty. The family that owns the ranch and the team that helps run it seem to truly care about the land, their animals and the environment. A real treat. So glad we visited!!

90만원 날린 리뷰임니다.. 결론부터 하자면 12-2월에 미리 예약하지 마세요 (물론 저희 하루 전날까지도 당일 비 30mm정도만 온다고 안심하고 있었는데도 날씨가 미쳐서요ㅠㅜㅜ) 비는 내려도 진행한다는 걸 알았는데 당일 새벽부터 그 다음날까지 강풍 경보에 홍수 예보가 있는데도 “안전하니까 그대로 진행한다”고 해요🙃 (이메일은 답없고 전화했더니 저렇게 한숨쉬며 안전하대여 하하하하허허허허) 실내 아쿠아리움인 Sea life park도 강풍으로 휴관하고 호텔 프런트 데스크도 흔치 않은 날씨라 취소될 확률이 높다했지만 실외 랩터utv 투어가 진행한다는 게 이해가 안 가요 에이전시 통해서 예약했는데 에이전시도 지금까지 쿠알로아 랜치에서 기후로 그쪽에서 예약 취소해준 적이 한 번도 없다고 해요 거리를 다니는 것 자체가 어려운 상황이고 가족들이랑 다 같이 가는 거라 안전이 우선이기에 안 가는 걸로 결정을 했어요 ⚠️업체 측에서는 날씨가 안좋으면 취소해준다고 적혀 있지만 실제로는 날씨가 어떻든 절대 취소 안된다는 걸 알고 신청하시길 바람니다 90만원 날렸어요..😭 (+ 하와이 뉴스에 나무 뽑히고 차 전복됐다 해요 그리고 트롤리도 천장 날아가서 핑크 빼고 다 취소될 정도의 날이었습니다ㅠㅜㅜ)

Kualoa Ranch is awesome. We have been to Oahu a few times before, and every time we try to visit Kualoa Ranch. This beautiful ranch offers many activities including ATV/UTV tours, movie sightseeing tours, horseback riding, and zip lining. This time I did the zip lining again, as it is so fun, the views are great, and the guides are very nice and helpful . If you are in the area I highly recommend this place.

親族の3家族でのオアフ島旅行。ハワイは過去30年間で何度も行ってますが、ここは初めて。家族4人分で料金が円換算で15.5万円。高すぎると思いながらも家族の良い想いで作りはお金に換えられないと言う思いと、娘が乗馬したいと言うことで今回は今までやったことのないこともやろうと思い行ってきました。 結果として嫌な思いをさせられるために15.5万円も払ったような形になってしまいました。まあ何年か後には笑い話として記憶に残るであろう体験にはなったとは思いますが。 乗馬は我々家族4人と今回一緒にハワイに来た親族の内の希望者2人の合わせて6人での参加。この6人での1グループの出発になれば良いなと思っていましたが、カリフォルニアから来たらしい1人参加の女性が加わって7人グループで出発。このグループに対して1人のガイド兼インストラクターが付く形です。道中道が細いので一列になって進んで行くのですが、先頭がそのカリフォルニアガールでとにかくその娘の乗ってる馬の歩く速度が遅いのと、途中で馬が止まってしまうので、後続も歩みが遅く度々ストップしてしまう。それ自体はなんでも無いことなのですが、私が乗ってる馬が腹ペコ状態なのか、止まってる間に細い道の両脇に生えてる草を食べ始めるのです。出発前の簡単なレクチャーの時に、片手で手綱を持って手綱を右に引っ張ると馬は右に曲がり、左に引っ張ると左に曲がる。真後ろに引っ張ると止まると教えてくれます。また、道中馬に草を食べさせないで下さいとの事で、食べそうになったら手綱を逆方向に引っ張って下さいとの事でした。しかし、馬はよっぽど腹ペコだったのでしょう、先頭の馬が遅いのと何度も止まってしまうため、止まるたびに馬は草を食べ始めます。いくら手綱を片手で反対側に引いても馬は言うことを聞きません。そのうちガイド兼インストラクターに目撃されて、「馬に草を食べさせるな！」と叱られました。私は以前日本で乗馬レッスンを受けた事があり、手綱を両手で短く持って軽速足(けいはやあし)まで出来ます。そこで日本での乗馬の基本の両手で手綱を短く握って馬をコントロールすると上手く行きました。やはりこちらの方がしっかりと手綱に力が加わり、腹ペコの馬を制御する事が出来ました。そうこうしている内に今度はインストラクターに両手で手綱を引いていることを見咎められます。手綱は片手で持てと。私は片手では馬が草を食べるのをやめさせるコントロールが出来ない。私は乗馬経験があり私が習った両手で引くやり方でないとコントロール出来ないと主張すると、「それは完全に間違った乗馬の方法だ。唯一正しいのは片手で手綱を引く事だ」と言い、更に「This is the final warning! (これは最終警告だ！)」と凄まれてしまいました。家族や親族も同グループにいるし、ここで要らぬトラブルを起こしてもつまらないので、じっと我慢をするのみ。そして片手では腹ペコの馬を完全に制御する事も難しく、その後何度もインストラクターに怒られる羽目に。大金をはたいて怒られてばかりのかなり不快な時間を過ごし、何とか途中退場させられる事なく無事乗馬終了。終了後家族と話しましたが、 インストラクターからずっと怒られていたのは私だけだと思っていましたが、参加した家族と親族の6人全員が馬の草食べで怒られていて、全員「Final warning (最終警告)」を言い渡されていたようで、とてもストレスを感じていたようです。家族4人で約2時間のこの苦行体験に15.5万円の支払....。 お金が有り余っていて、腹ペコ馬と格闘したいマニアにはお勧めのアクティビティです。

You haven’t been to Hawai’i if you haven’t been to Kualoa. This coming from someone who has been to Oahu multiple times, I’m embarrassed and regretful this was my first time here. The ranch is beautiful. It’s like stepping back in time, with the bonus to see so many movie location but also, and more importantly, to understand about the culture. Ku’ulei was my guide and her passion for this place made my experience extra special. I’ll go back and explore other tours. It was truly an awesome experience!
