The e bike tour is a waste of money. Constantly waiting for crowded tourbusses and other small vehicles to pass us by. Pretty much on a road the entire time, not much mountain biking involved. Beautiful spot though.

My husband and I did the zip line tour at Kualoa Ranch yesterday morning. The crew - Scotty, Kenny and Vivenne -- were all phenomenal! They were friendly, knowledgable, and clearly love their jobs and the island, sharing with us information about the natural world as well as other places to explore around Oahu. The trip up to base camp was also great -- the guide gave us a great tour of the ranch and explained the ranch's history and current goals. Unfortunately, we had pelting rain on the way back so couldn't hear that guide well, but she was very friendly! I was a bit disappointed with the Poke bowl I got for lunch, but my husband's chicken katsu sandwich was yummy. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend a day at Kualoa Ranch!

We did the jungle tour and it was absolutely incredible, even on a rainy day! This valley is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been and we had a great time with Naomi, and learned so much about the area, the culture, and the local plants and wildlife!! I highly highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for something chill to do on the East Side and want some nice views.

We took the 02/05 9:00 a.m. tour and had a poor experience due to how an infant safety concern was handled by manager Staysha. I asked if my infant could remain in her car seat during the ride. Instead of a straightforward discussion, Staysha misrepresented what I said, repeatedly talked over me, and threatened to cancel our reservation. I tried several times to de-escalate and end the conversation, but those attempts were ignored. I was told there was no room for a car seat, yet once on the bus there were three empty seats. We were ultimately forced to ride while holding our infant in a moving vehicle. The tour itself was fine, but the handling of a basic child safety concern and the manager’s conduct were unacceptable.

電話対応が悪い👎 英語が第二言語で話してるのにI don’t understand と言われ、二回ともブチッと切られた。 観光業界の電話対応とは思えませんでした。 正直あまり楽しみではなくなりました。 参考までに両方とも女性でした。

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I booked the Jungle tour at 1pm. Left the hotel much earlier than arrival time knowing traffic could be an issue. But all traffic lights on the way were turned off and it took forever to get there. I reached at 1:03. Now mind you the check in counter is all the way in. We sprinted in only to be told the tour left. And there is nothing that can be done. There were seats available on the next tour that left in 15 mins, but they would not accommodate. Would not consider the fact that someone traveled far to get to hawaii and then at-least an hour to get to the tour, let us see what we can do to help and have a good experience. But rather, just a cold front desk person saying, you could just buy another ticket. And turned out I wasn’t the only one treated this way, many people online mention the same.
