Yesterday we did the 2 hour UTV tour and our tour guides Kawika & Tycen were nothing short of excellent! They made the entire experience unforgettable.

Even without joining a tour, the ranch itself stands out as one of the most visually impressive landscapes on Oahu. However, I strongly recommend participating in at least one paid program to unlock the full value of the location. The preservation effort is evident. Unlike overly commercialized attractions, the ranch maintains a balance between tourism and environmental respect. Infrastructure is organized but not intrusive. From a value perspective, what you are paying for is controlled access to protected land, guided knowledge, and curated routes. This transforms the visit from a simple photo stop into a structured environmental experience. Score Breakdown: Natural Preservation: 9.5/10 Accessibility: 8.5/10 Educational Value: 8.5/10 Crowd Management: 8/10 Overall Experience Quality: 9/10 It is not a “free wandering” park — it is a managed attraction — and expectations should align with that model.

Beware the website might still fail to mention that they only allow 2 drivers on the UTV tour. We were disappointed on arrival to learn that last minute.

We booked the full day trip and a shuttle bus picked us up one block away from the hotel. The mountain views were spacious - the tours were well put together. While there were some periods of silence, I would liked to stop at more areas to explore the wilderness and swap out some itinerary items for their more premium variants. The buffet lunch had lots of offerings and thus was quite filling The bus on the way back was much smaller and lacked AC for much of the trip.

Really had a fun time! We did the movie tour and Davis was our guide he was outstanding and so much fun. I wasn't sure if this tour was going to be worth it -- absolutely was!

Our second time to Kualoa Ranch and once again amazing friendly customer service from everyone who helped us and our tour guides for the UTV tour were top notch! We will return next time we are in Hawaii.

The Kualoa Ranch was amazing! This was absolutely the highlight of our trip! I love movies, and the making of movies, so this made the tour more exciting. Our tour guide Conner was energetic, funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure everyone in our group was having a great time. Do not hesitate to book (Ask to ride with Conner :)—you won't regret it!" Five stars aren't enough.

90만원 날린 리뷰임니다.. 결론부터 하자면 12-2월에 미리 예약하지 마세요 (물론 저희 하루 전날까지도 당일 비 30mm정도만 온다고 안심하고 있었는데도 날씨가 미쳐서요ㅠㅜㅜ) 비는 내려도 진행한다는 걸 알았는데 당일 새벽부터 그 다음날까지 강풍 경보에 홍수 예보가 있는데도 “안전하니까 그대로 진행한다”고 해요🙃 (이메일은 답없고 전화했더니 저렇게 한숨쉬며 안전하대여 하하하하허허허허) 실내 아쿠아리움인 Sea life park도 강풍으로 휴관하고 호텔 프런트 데스크도 흔치 않은 날씨라 취소될 확률이 높다했지만 실외 랩터utv 투어가 진행한다는 게 이해가 안 가요 에이전시 통해서 예약했는데 에이전시도 지금까지 쿠알로아 랜치에서 기후로 그쪽에서 예약 취소해준 적이 한 번도 없다고 해요 거리를 다니는 것 자체가 어려운 상황이고 가족들이랑 다 같이 가는 거라 안전이 우선이기에 안 가는 걸로 결정을 했어요 ⚠️업체 측에서는 날씨가 안좋으면 취소해준다고 적혀 있지만 실제로는 날씨가 어떻든 절대 취소 안된다는 걸 알고 신청하시길 바람니다 90만원 날렸어요..😭 (+ 하와이 뉴스에 나무 뽑히고 차 전복됐다 해요 그리고 트롤리도 천장 날아가서 핑크 빼고 다 취소될 정도의 날이었습니다ㅠㅜㅜ) (++ 환불 받았어요! 이 영광을 구글맵 리뷰 기능과 이 글을 읽어주신 모든 분들께 돌릴게요! 덕분이에요 감사합니다😆🙌 )
