When we booked our reservations we were disappointed that the only remaining selection was the two hour UTV guided tour (where you are not the driver). However, after having done it, and having a personal tour guide in the UTV with us, I highly recommend this option as a first choice. The UTVs are only going a max of 10-15 mph so it’s not like a typical ATV tour if you are behind the wheel. Toa and Matt were our guides and they did an absolutely awesome job in telling us about the ranch and spreading comedy throughout the tour experience. The views of the valley were breathtaking and we loved seeing the various movie sites as well as learning about Hawaiian history and mythology. Would absolutely recommend taking any one of the tours offered at the ranch.

We did the 3 hour zip line tour and we absolutely LOVED it! Our tour guides were amazing. They made the entire experience fun from start to finish. I felt safe the entire time, too. Kualoa Ranch is a beautiful nature preserve and I loved every second of being there. Grateful for the privilege to have visited and learned about the beautiful island of Oahu. For anyone visiting, highly recommend buying your tickets in advance and getting there early!! Parking does fill up!

We did the 3 hour UTV tour. Iven was our tour guide. Give him a raise!! He was very funny, personable, and knowledgeable. Tour was incredible. Would 10/10 recommend!!

We did the jungle tour and it was super fun… tickets were reasonably priced although would’ve like if they stopped at a few sites in addition to the 2 spots that were ok. Tourist Guides were ok didn’t really care for the scary stories - other than just saying “RESPECT our scared grounds - or ELSE - lol 😂” truly a wonderful experience the riding was my fav the view was spectacular and the HISTORY was well received !!! Definitely- highly recommend if!!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend especially the 3 hour private UTV tour. Michael was amazing and very knowledgeable and his stories were heartfelt and educational.

We had a great time on the e-bike tour! Goose was an awesome guide—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience really enjoyable. The biking was easy and fun, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. We also visited Secret Island. All the activities (cornhole, ping pong, volleyball, kayaks, paddle boards, sandbar/turtle tours) were awesome, such a fun day!

Amazing experience riding UTVs through the ranch and learning its history. The best part were the guides though, as they were so fun and knowledgeable of the ranch and the sacred history of the mountains there.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service We had a very frustrating experience at Kualoa Ranch today, and it completely ruined what we were hoping would be a memorable outing. We had booked the Jungle Tour for 12:20 PM and left our hotel well in advance, knowing traffic could be unpredictable. Unfortunately, we were traveling with a child under 3 years old who suddenly got sick and vomited, which forced us to stop for about 10–15 minutes. On top of that, there was road construction causing delays, and the parking lot at the ranch was full, taking additional time to find a spot. Despite all this, we reached the ticket counter at 12:27 PM—just 7 minutes late. What shocked us was the complete lack of empathy and flexibility from the staff. We were told bluntly that the tour had already left, and they could not reschedule or offer a refund. At first, I thought the staff member was joking—but she was completely serious. We explained our situation multiple times, especially highlighting that we had young kids with us and unavoidable circumstances. We even requested to join the next available slot (they admitted even if there were any open spots they can’t accommodate us based on their policy ), So essentially: • They did not provide the service • They refused rescheduling • They refused a refund For a place that charges premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. We were a group of 8 people, including 4 kids, and this experience was incredibly disappointing for everyone. Instead of trying to help or accommodate—even minimally—the staff was rigid, insensitive, and dismissive. The only suggestion given was to buy new tickets for next day. After this experience, I also checked online and found that we are not alone—many others have reported similar issues with their strict and unfriendly policies. We came all the way to Hawaii expecting a great experience, but instead left feeling frustrated and let down. Would not recommend.

We had an overall great time at Kualoa Ranch! It was raining so we weren’t sure how it would go, but thankfully the rain slowed and Tevin was a fantastic tour guide. All the views were incredible and the tour was very informative! Just a side note - the girls who were herding us into the waiting pavilion/taking photos prior to the 3:30 pm tour (04/07/26) were complaining/speaking poorly of previous guest experiences right in front of the current guests to hear :-) other than some unprofessionalism, it was a fun excursion on our trip.
