Amazing experience. We did a tour package that included the Ranch Tour, Jungle Tour, and Movie Sites tour. It also included lunch. I have absolutely no complaints about anything we experienced while there. The staff was friendly and the food was great, including samples we got to try along the way on the Ranch tour. Special shout out to Sam, our movie site tour guide for being an absolute rock star and taking the tour to the next level with stories from his personal experiences.
Crystal is a fantastic tour guide that really made the UTV ride enjoyable.
Their bus transportation to and from Aloha Station near the Sheraton Waikiki was seamless. Once there, they guide you through where everything is and how to get on your tour. Scenery at the ranch was spectacular. We kept it easy and did the Movie Sites and Ranch Tour. Lots of fun, though hard to hear the guide over wind and others talking.
Unfortunately we got Ian on his last day. Sad to know he's leaving the company. He truly cares about the park and the guests experience and also his coworkers safety. He was hands down the best guide I've ever had on any tour of anywhere I've ever been. He turned that tour into a party and he's quite charismatic. He was born to be a guide at heart. Truly had the time of my life. As for the park itself. What a natural beauty. Felt like we were in a different world there. Amazing experience, would definitely go again but sadly no one else will get to experience a journey with Ian. 10/10 for the Park, 100/10 for Ian as a guide.

Ray and Syd were our tour guides and they were AMAZING! We did the UTV tour and it was so fun, it was pouring rain but in my opinion it added to the adventure and was such a beautiful experience.

My family & I booked the movie tour. Sydney was our tour guide and she was great! Very informative & friendly. Our truck did breakdown mid tour but staff was quick to find a solution and we were back on our tour within half an hour. I do recommend to bring a poncho but if you forget they’re sold for $3 at the gift shop. I also recommend to check the weather & maybe bring a change of clothes or extra pair of shoes, rain did come down hard during our tour but it was still enjoyable. We hope to be back & try a different tour!

was late to our 8:20 reservation by 10 minutes due to construction and traffic. wouldnt reschedule or refund us and had to spend an extra $500 to get new tickets and new time 4 hours later. came back and hear a woman complaining of same issue from earlier today as late as we were but she gets offered to drive out there to catch up to the bus.
I took my family here. We took the movie tour. Now every movie they see that was filmed there like Jumanji they point out the background. It actually turned out to be very fun and the most memorable thing we did as a family

We had such an incredible experience at Kualoa Ranch this past Saturday morning in May! Our family was visiting to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and unfortunately we mixed up our reservation time and arrived an hour late. We were worried we had completely missed out, but the lovely associate that was working the check in counter, Hannah, completely turned things around for us. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. Despite our mistake, she went out of her way to help and was able to squeeze our group of 7 into the next available UTV tour, which was exactly what we had been hoping to do. We felt so lucky and taken care of! The UTV tour ended up being the highlight of our entire trip to Hawaii, absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny! This experience wouldn’t have been possible without Hannah’s help, and we’re so grateful. Truly above-and-beyond service. Thank you for making our day so special! Hannah definitely deserves a raise!

What a breathtaking ranch. Besides the movies which were made here, the nature and the ciews are just wow. It was amazing to see and understand the history of the place. Make sure to book your tour in advance as it's quite buys and you'll end up having to join anything...
