I can’t get enough of this place! Lots of souvenirs on the gift shop/restaurant. Every tour type is its own unique experience. Highly recommend the RTVs in the rain! Every time we’re here the guides are great and views are spectacular.

Our zipline tour was AMAZING! JT, Ethan and Elisha were the perfect guides. They are super knowledgeable about the plants and surroundings on our tour, and gave us so much information on the area. They treated us with respect and were very helpful with showing us how the zipline process works. Also, they were super funny and cracked jokes and made us laugh a lot! If you're ever in Hawaii, please do yourself a favour and book the UTV tour at Kualoa Ranch. It was hands down one of the coolest things I’ve experienced! Driving through the ranch was an adventure in itself, with insane views and landscapes everywhere you looked. And seeing famous filming locations from films such as Jurassic Park and Kong: Skull Island was such a surreal moment. Also a huge shoutout to our guides, James and Tyler, who made the whole experience even better. They were amazing drivers, super knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. Whether it was sharing cool facts about the ranch and its surrounding areas, making sure we got the best photos, or just keeping the vibe upbeat, they absolutely crushed it. If you're looking for something adventurous, scenic, and totally unforgettable, this is it. Totally worth it!

I did a novice e-bike tour with my parents in their 60s, and we all loved it! Highly recommend! 👍❤️ Our guide, Caitlin, was the best—really nice and incredibly attentive to my parents. They had a fantastic time!

If there was anyway for me to leave a 0 star review that’s what I’d put because I received zero service. The house back manager, Suzanne was outrageously annoying to deal with. She had horrible demeanor and didn’t listen to my needs at all. She restricted us from riding horses because I had a small bruise on my heel, she said because of that I was advised not to ride and she sent us away. She claimed she responded to my email inquires that I sent over a week ago but she was bullshitting because I got nothing back in return even when I went to check spam mail. Apparently you have to be a perfect human being to ride a damn horse. Do not recommend, make sure you’re a spectacle of a human before you go here otherwise your service will be rerouted to an activity you didn’t schedule for. I knew fully what I was booking for and had no issues with riding horses, I knew because I had called them serval times in advance to see if my SMALL bruise would restrict me from riding the horses. Also to mention, bring cash for their debit/credit lockers. Even tho they say you can use your cards, you cannot. Their machines stole our time and made us late for our checking as well.

If you like movies this is a place to visit with many options from bike,hike, bus or horse. eMTB Advance tour is a great option and you will get to see a few hidden gems. I would also recommend the movie site tour - if you are a movie nut, as this covers many movies and not just Jurassic park! I differently would recommend doing some research before booking as the details on some of the websites tours need a little more information to make sure you get what you want.
