If you’re going to do ANYTHING in Oahu… you have to do the zip line tour. It was truly the highlight of our trip! 7 zip lines, a gorgeous hike and 2 suspension bridges. Kualoa Ranch itself is absolutely stunning!!! Lilly, Izzy, and Elisha were phenomenal guides on the zip line tour! They enriched the experience with enthusiasm, humor and lots of interesting facts! If you’re debating doing the zip line tour… this is your sign to do it! It’s SOOOO worth it!!!

Great tour Learned about the history of the island. Lots of movies filmed here…that was cool. Saw a few sea turtles surfacing…..those were bonus! Thank you for a lovely day on the water. Your family from Niagara Falls Canada

Went on the movie bus ride option. About 90 mins. Bus driver was awesome. Great views and cool memorabilia for pictures. Fun to see all the movies that have been filmed there. I think it was well priced too. Highly recommend.

送迎付きのバギー2時間ツアーに参加しました。 早朝、7時30分に最寄りホテルのバス乗り場から出発でしたが約１時間程で到着します。 段取りよく申し込み者に参加用紙を渡してくれ 私達は9時30分集合、45分出発なので参加時間まで１時間くらいを 自由に散策したりお土産を購入して楽しめました。 お昼くらいには売店は大混雑してたので 早目に欲しい物をGETした方良さそうでしたよ～。 集合してからは注意事項やヘルメット支給、泥除けネックウォーマーを頂けます。 先頭車に付いて8台のバギーで連なって走り山の中を走りながら映画ロケ地巡りをしましたが 立ち寄って写真撮影の可能場所は 3〜4箇所なので2時間はあっという間に終了しました。 口コミで砂埃が酷いと書いてあったので 大きめのビニール袋を持参してリュックを入れてバギーの荷台に置きました 途中から雨が降り出し窓のないバギーはアトラクション以上の雨水を浴びてすごく楽しかったです。 天気予報を見ていたので着替えをリュックに入れていたのは大正解でした。 あと、配られるヘルメットによっては頭に直接被るのが勇気がいりそうなので キャップやバンダナを巻いてから 被ってもいいかもしれませんね。 乗馬ツアーや映画ロケ地バス巡りツアーなどもあるのでまた行きたくなりそうでした✨ 私達は帰りのバスは13時出発に乗れたので ワイキキに戻っても遅めのランチ、ショッピングも楽しめました〜✨ 非日常な体験が出来て大満足でした。

I'd like to share negative experiences provided by the bus company Kualoa Ranch contracts. In the morning of Saturday, Feb 15, 2025, my parents and I showed up on time by Marriott Waikiki and got on the bus as it's the first pickup point. But during the second stop at another hotel, the woman with the guest list did not get on the bus from the first stop and did not show up for half an hour. There's no communication by the bus driver, either. People waited on the bus as well as queuing up outside for 30 minutes, delaying everyone's trip. While waiting, the driver left the radio and engine on but it's just loud static. I had to ask the driver to turn that off. Then, my father sitting right behind the driver's seat noticed the engine check light on. This led to the third problem, which was the biggest problem — this particular bus broke down on the highway, 11 miles away from the ranch. The driver did not communicate fully with the guests as we waited for replacement buses. Once the other two buses arrived, he started counting passengers but asked my parents and me, along with another group with children to wait while most of the passengers got off to head to the closest bus. I suspected that he's not happy with me telling him to turn off the radio and engine earlier. My mother with some mobility issue had to walk to the second bus parked further away. I called reservation and the rep told me to check with the ticket office as we were an hour behind the first tour. Once we arrived, I immediately headed to wait in line for the ticket office to assist. The rep (Bobby) tried to shift the tours, but she was not super helpful. I had to negotiate and ask about various options, including potentially coming back another day. Finally, she consulted with a manager to put us on the grown and Jurassic adventure tours per my request but no buffet lunch. I asked to speak with a manager, who again, refused to issue lunch vouchers because the Jurassic adventure was more expensive than the other two tours in "Best of Kualoa Experience," a full day package. I explained to her all the problems with the bus, but she said there's nothing she could do because the bus company was a contractor / vendor, even though the bus was painted with Kualoa Ranch logo and graphics. It's deceiving and confusing to consumers. This was our first day in our first ever trip to Hawaii. The rep initially offered 25% off the tour but that'd defeat the purpose of coming all the way to the ranch from Waikiki. I asked about reimbursement of rideshare back to Waikiki and coming back another day, attempting to shift my schedule, but the manager would not allow, per the rep. So buyers be aware — for your own SAFETY and convenience, avoid booking bus transportation on Kualoa Ranch website.

Our family of four including two teens, 15 & 17, really enjoyed the UTV tour!! Our tour guides, Johnny & Mahena, were incredible! Very knowledgeable about the history & culture of Kualoa and Hawal’i, and great senses of humor too! The ride is fairly bumpy and quite dusty - the goggles & gator masks help tons! - but well worth the views and experience. 🤙🏼

Cousin Jeremy is a fantastic tour guide! We did the Jungle Tour and it was the highlight of the trip. Jeremy gave us information and insight and seemed genuinely happy to share the experience with us, he wasn’t burnt out doing the same tour multiple times a day like can happen to some guides. He had an incredible playlist of music that made the ride feel so special and magical and I could tell he had the music timed just right for the different sights we would see. It’s a little bumpy, in a fun way! My kids are still talking about the “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” because he played that song. 1000/10!
