The guides were nice as average but there was some racism towards White folk proselytizing about "stolen land". There wasn't that many stops and the scenery wasn't all that special

쿠알로아랜치를 꼭 가봐야한다해서 검색해봄. 바로 다음날 예약되는 게 무비투어밖에 없었어서 무비투어로 갔습니다. 그런데 무비투어라는 말 자체에 함정이 있었음을 알았어야했는데 실수했습니다. 원래는 자연 환경 보는 건 줄 알았더니 버스타고 영화 명소 보는 게 주가 아니라 벙커 하나 내려서 영화 포스터 보고 여기 쿠알로아 랜치의 랜치가 목장이라는 말을 인지했어야했나;; 뜬금없이 키우는 식물 종류와 동물들을 보여주는 게 절반, 나머지 절반은 영화 장소를 막 돌아다니면서 보는 게 아니라 여기서 촬영한 영화 종류들을 나열하고 가이드가 영화로 어떤 장면이었는지 막 설명해줌. 영어를 잘하면 모를까 잘 들리지도 않고, 무엇보다 내가 본 영화는 그래도 어떤 장면이었을지 기억이 나니까 얼추 알아듣겠는데, 보지도 않은 영화들을 막 설명하는데 집중도 안 되고 관심도 없고... 90분 간 생각한 자연환경 투어랑은 1도 관련이 없었음. 그냥 처음에는 탑승하는 게 버스냐 아니냐 정도인 줄 알았더니 코스랑 컨셉자체가 다름. 나름 영화를 많이 봤다고 생각했는데 저 수많은 미국 영화 중 직접 본 건 5개, 이름만 아는 건 3개 정도? 현지인들은 운전기사가 개그도 중간중간 치는지 막 웃던데, 그런 포인트까지는 못 잡아내서 좀 지루했다.

We bought the Horseback Tour in the morning and the UTV Raptor Tour after lunch. The guides are great and the views are spectacular. It's good to go at least once. The horseback tour was very, very slow and boring. The UTV was slightly more exciting. I think it's more of a checkbox, yeah I've been there kind of thing. It may be fun if it's your first time being on a horse or UTV/ATV. Otherwise be prepared for an underwhelming tour. The views almost make up for it... almost.

クアロアランチでアクティビティをする場合は事前にネットで予約をしたほうが良いです。現地で購入すると並ばないといけません。現地には日本人のスタッフと日本語を話せるアメリカ人の方がいますので分からなかったら日本語で対応してくれます。アクティビティ中は日本語のスタッフはいませんので英語のみです。ワイキキのホテルからクアロアランチの送迎バスも出ています。クアロアランチへの行きのバスでは簡単な日本語を話せるアジア人のスタッフがいました。帰りのバスでは日本語を話せるスタッフはいません。自分はEマウンテンバイクの初心者コースに参加しました。年配の方や子どもにはオススメしません。中にはリタイアする人も居るみたいです。アクティビティは何かしらやったほうが良いです。アクティビティをしないとクアロアランチの大自然を見ることはできません。馬を見るかお土産を買うぐらいしか出来ません。

Did the 1.5 hour movie tour and it was the perfect length. Saw a ton of different spots, got to walk outside a few times, and the bus was a good way to tour. Would definitely recommend!

Did the 3 hr UTV tour. Our guide, Austin, was absolutely incredible. Very talkative, enjoyed any and all questions and made the trip exciting. I highly recommend, and recommend requesting Austin. A true to the bone native with a wealth of knowledge 👌 worth every penny !!

This place is a must if visiting Hawaii.. Awesome views from the spots we toured. It's no wonder why movies are filmed here well as New Zealand!
