Great food and guide. Really got to know the local food scene . Especially loved the tequila tasting at the end of the tour

Fantastic experience, book this without hesitation!
Absolutely amazing experience! Francisco and his family are wonderful hosts and exceptional chefs. We started the day in the market selecting fresh vegetables and meats. It seemed like Francisco knew everyone there, as he was greeted at every turn. We stopped to pick up freshly made tortillas (and had some right off the presses) and then headed out to his home where we helped make tacos, salsas, and ceviche. Made with the freshest ingredients, this meal was outstanding. Easlity the best I have experienced in a long time. I will be sure to return and book this experience again as it was well worth it.

Good fun but missed prio experience
We missed our past experiences with Cabo Cooks held for 8-10 participants in their home-like location. It’s not as memorable with 20 in their restaurant. But they are a fun group of presenters and the pork carnita dishes and guacamole were very good.

Fantastic cooking experience
This was one of the highlights of our entire stay while in Cabo on our honeymoon. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised and had an amazing time. Issi was absolutely fantastic. The moment we arrived we felt like we were a part of his family. He was entertaining as he told us about the area when we drove to the market, tortilla factory and butcher shop. Being welcomed into his home to experience the cooking, was really special. From making margaritas to dicing vegetables and being a part of the cooking process beginning to end there was not a moment that wasn't fun and entertaining. It was a memory we will treasure for our entire lives. We highly recommend cooking with Issi!!!

Great experience
A great market to table cooking class. Francisco was fun and educational from the market to the Tortilleria and to his home in his car. We met his wife and son and puppy and made habiscus margaritas, salsa, guacamole, yummy yummy tamales, and more. It took the full 5 hours for our group of 8 people. An all round great experience.

Great yummy afternoon
So fun and delicious- Carolina is a great teacher. We made paella and guac, salsa, fish tacos and of course margaritas. Definitely recommend!

We visited quite a few different spots for food, but the wait times at most of the restaurants was too long in my opinion. They variety of foods could have been more diverse.

A great market to table cooking class experience
A wonderful experience with 6 of our friends. Francisco was a fun and informative teacher throughout the market experience, our drive in his van to the Tortilleria, and his home where we cooked and prepared tamales, habiscus margaritas, guacamole and salsa and more. We met his wife and son who helped and met his little puppy. It took the full 5 hours. We highly recommend this experience.

I never thought i would love a Taco....
What a fantastic tour this was. As I write this review I am still full from all the food! My tour group came from thw UK. Miguel was a knowledge, wise and beautiful tour guide. He told us all the about the history of the Mexican food dishes. He made us feel comfortable enough to ask questions and you could tell he had a passion for what he was talking about. I learnt things about Mexico that I would never have known otherwise. I highly highly recommend this authentic tour.

Chef Issi & Crew Rock
Every part of the tour was UH-Mazing from the tortilla factory, the market, the meat market, to cooking the meal, eating the meal, and tequila tasting. Chef Issi and crew did an incredible job coordinating the event. I highly recommend this tour!

Don't Miss This Hands-On, Informative Cooking Class with Francisco!
This was my second time taking this cooking class in San José del Cabo with Francisco and both classes have been beyond excellent! Francisco is SO informative about shopping for and cooking local ingredients, as well as sharing the history of food in Mexico. We loved the hands-on experience of cooking with his family. He allowed us to choose what we wanted to cook. We learned how to shop, dice, cook, and make hibiscus margaritas. My friends and family absolutely loved the experience!

Great food and a great guide!
The food was great, and the tour was wonderful, but the most memorable part of this experience was our guide, Miguel. He was so knowledgeable and able to educate us about the different regions and food and culture of Mexico. He also was funny and personable I would take this tour again!

Tacos & Tequila
This was a great excursion. Tacos & Tequila! I got full after the 2nd stop so my advice is to not drink any alcohol before lunch…wait till the end. The 5 places all provided unique tacos. Would highly recommend. George and Milton were great!

Fun for the whole family
Best part of our week in Cabo. This was so much fun. We had our young children with us as well as my elderly parents and everyone had a blast. Well done.

An amazing market tour and class!
We met Chef Enrique at a local market to shop for our class. That in itself was a great learning experience. He then drove us to his beautiful home where we participated in an excellent class, learned a lot and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. We would recommend this class without hesitation.
