Angelo our guide was so knowledgeable and lovely! He contacted us before the tour to double check our dietary needs which is great. He also asked us at the beginning of the tour what we were interested in learning, so he was amazing at pointing out all the pop culture references around the hood and tons of significant and poignant history. He took us to a variety of iconic eats that were either historical and/or supporting the local community. He was very good at taking our photos and making sure we were comfortable throughout the -4c degree chilly morning. Having your own classic , walking, talking tour guide like Angelo is a million times better than burying your head in an ap trying to figure it out on your own in the freezing cold. Thanks heaps Angelo ! :)

Our tour guide was very nice but getting a little bothered that we wanted to stop in stores to look while we were walking around. It was a private tour so we didn’t think this would be such an issue but all in all the guide was very informative and showed us some cool spots we wouldn’t have seen on our own. He brought us to a great lunch spot but my mom and I had to share a meal and didn’t get our own which we thought was included.
