Mekong Delta

Excellent tour, Thao our guide made our trip relaxing, visited lovely villages and tasted local fruit, chocolate, coconut candy and amazing lunch. Highly recommended

Inauguration / Sleet and Snow

The weather was 36 degrees and pouring sleet with gridlock traffic the day before the presidential inauguration. Dr. Cook did an amazing job to make the best of it. He was very knowledgeable and went above and to make our trip special.

Fascinating and entertaining tour which really helped me understand Chicago. Would recommend!

Our guide, Dash, did a fantastic job. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a better appreciation for Chicago's history and uncovering some gems downtown. Dash was also excellent at suggesting things to try after the tour. He was so enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about Chicago and clearly enjoyed helping us learn about it. He was also very mindful of group needs, especially as it was so cold, making sure everyone was ok and seeing things that interested them. I was in a tour with 6 others but was able to ask any questions along the way (which Dash always seemed to have answers to and which would lead us into all sorts of fascinating info about Chicago). Expect a mixture of Chicago history, architecture (which Dash used to bring Chicago's history alive), and familiarisation with downtown Chicago and some of its hidden gems. We also got a good overview of surrounding neighbourhoods (even though there is no time to take them all in). Would recommend!

They went out of their way to make sure everyone found the spot to meet as it was a bit difficult to find. Joel was great with getting everyone set up. Reggie was very informative but could do a bit better at reading his audience and cutting the monolog short when it was clear the group was no longer interested. Over all, we were able to see the memorials well and enjoyed the trip.

Incredible to experience life on the Mekong

Thao our guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable, fun and thoughtful. We were picked up by private vehicle from our hotel in Saigon and driven to the river. We toured on an open boat which was safe and cool. We loved experiencing and learning about life in the Mekong Delta. The range of fruit was astonishing, delicious fish lunch and unforgettable journey by motor and then row boat through the narrow canals. We thoroughly recommend this tour.

An amazing experience!

This was an amazing tour! Getting to see sights I would have simply walked by if I was on my own, and hearing the history of the buildings in Chicago was a joy. Our guide, Dash, was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job working around the horribly cold weather, and our accommodations. I would HIGHLY recommend you request him for you tour, and will recommend him to my family, friends and clients when they visit Chicago.

Fun, informative tour not to be missed

We took a half-day ride/tour with Sopheak & Pek which was one of the highlights of our SE Asia trip. Fun cruising back streets,roads in Battabong area stoping at local homes/ businesses meeting average people & seeing/ sampling a variety of food products being produced. Very well done & supporting local economy.

Phenomenal!!!!

Dash was absolutely phenomenal!! Even though it was a whopping 6° outside, he was friendly, passionate, excited, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and courteous throughout the entire day. Since it was so cold out, he made sure to keep checking on us and completely changed his normal tour route to accommodate our group so we didn’t get too cold. He is extremely good at his job and you can definitely tell how much he loves Chicago. As a person who is interested in art, music, architecture, history, AND food, it was very beneficial to be led around by a native on our work trip since my family and I plan on coming back for a longer stay when it is warmer. As travel agents, he gave us plenty of information not only on the history of Chicago, but also upcoming activities, attractions such as museums and the best restaurants and nightlife, as well as Chicago’s best kept secrets. He also made sure to walk us back to our hotel since we were kind of turned around after taking the train (amazing treat btw since one person in our group had never been on a train before). I will definitely be requesting him when my family comes later this year so they can experience what we did today!! Thank you Dash!! You made the day so enjoyable even though it was bitterly cold!!!

We had an incredible experience touring Mexico City with Alfonso as our guide. His deep knowledge of the city’s history brought every stop to life, and his passion for sharing Mexico’s culture made the tour unforgettable. Alfonso took us to some of the best food vendors, ensuring we experienced authentic local flavors, and introduced us to friendly vendors at the Mercardo Presidente Abelardo L. Rodriguez market and the vibrant Jamaica Market, adding a personal touch to the experience. One of the most memorable moments was visiting murals and sculptures by students of Diego Rivera, hidden in plain sight—it felt like discovering secret treasures of the city. On top of that, Alfonso went out of his way to teach us how to navigate the metro system, which made getting around so much easier for the rest of our trip. He also provided excellent recommendations for things to do after the tour. If you’re visiting Mexico City, I can’t recommend Alfonso enough. He goes above and beyond to make your experience special and truly memorable!

Boston historical & highlights walking tour

I really had amazing time here in Boston and the best part of my trip is joining the historical walking tour. My tour guide named Nabil Shouyahib was very accommodating, engaging and helpful. It’s my first time in Boston and I appreciate that he patiently discuss the Boston highlights and best attractions. He even recommended good places to eat and where to get great deals. Brilliant guide and insight into the Mekong River

Zayn was a brilliant tour guide, very professional and reassuring, knowledgable and speaks very good English. I would heartily recommend this tour if you want to understand the river, and its importance to agriculture and Vietnam. The lunch was delicious too. You are out of Saigon about 2 hours and its peaceful. There are short trips in a boat. canoe and tuk tuk type truck which are great fun.
