Really great experience with down to earth explanations of the towns history and culture and how jazz music came about. She took us to new area where music was happening and was just great experience.

Insightful and thought provoking.

We had a personal tour of the CuChi tunnel complex led by Thanh. He led us through the complex explaining in great detail how the VC and their families operated in the extensive network of tunnels and entrances to use infinity and the resources available to fight against the much better equipped GI forces. A tremendous story of ingenuity and understanding their environment to survive in vey difficult circumstances. Thanh is a great story teller and had us feeling the experience. A stop for Bahn Mi on the way home at a roadside stall was a nice finish. A deeply thought provoking experience.

Outstanding walking tour of the Montmartre district

This was an outstanding walking tour of the Montmartre district led by our guide on March 9, very well paced, very informative. The walk started outside of the Metro Blanche station near the Moulin Rouge, through interesting streets of Montmartre and ending on the steps of the Basilica of Sacré Cœur de Montmartre, with great views of Paris. Highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed walking with Benoit in the Monmartre neighborhood. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We travelled little side streets and gained insights about the area that we would have totally overlooked if walking the area on our own. Throughly enjoyable!

Must do tour!

When the reviews suggest you not eat breakfast then believe it! This was the best thing I did in Vienna as it combined so many elements- an opportunity to learn more about real life in Vienna, a great way to to understand the brilliant public transport system and last but not least the food we had was incredible!

Amazing authentic experience

Maria was fantastic taking us to many authentic places that I never would have stopped at on my own. Everything was well organized, well run, and delicious. She also gave us great bits of history along the way. Highly recommend this tour!

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Seems I am breaking the mold. I have only given one star so that I could write a review. I would prefer to give none. Our guide DID NOT SHOW and the company DID NOT CONTACT US - AT ALL - and still haven’t responded to my emails. We only knew that the guide wouldn’t be showing up because someone called another tour participant and she advised us. She was the only one that got any kind of communication. And don’t bother trying to contact them. The internet advertising platform is just that, and will say they aren’t holding your money and can’t do anything about it and to call the tour provider directly. But the number given by the tour provider - Intrepid - is that of the platform provider. a perfect way to avoid accountability and avoid refunds. I wouldn’t recommend this tour provider it if were the only one available. Better to walk by yourself.

Guide was good. Best to take a tour like this early in trip or if limited in time because if you've already been on small tour of Capitol or other monuments or museums, the information may seem redundant. It was very chilly in March with open air golf cart, so bundle up or go in warmer seasons. Some seats face backwards and can be awkward/uncomfortable turning neck to view. Also, doesn't stop at all of the monuments. Cruised right past Jefferson Memorial, even though there is a place to stop. That was disappointing.

Our guide Lili was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job sharing her knowledge of the area and ensuring we had a very enjoyable tour! We enjoyed a nice variety of beer/wine and tapas! Overall a great experience!!
