Great Food and More

Bob was an amazing tour guide, I feel like we got not only an excellent food tour but also a lovely tour of Boston from a proud Bostonian who seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the city. Bob is both calm and enthusiastic, and our group gelled well under his guidance. I am looking forward to future tours in Boston and elsewhere!

Seafood history tour

Our tour guide Trey Petrella was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the area and the local cuisine. The food was amazing and the atmosphere of each restaurant we visited was truly unique.

It is a must in Madrid!

Had an absolutely incredible time. Aafke was amazing as a tour guide, and made us all feel so comfortable. I was a solo traveller alone with another family and we all had an amazing time together experiencing incredible food and drinks I would not have known without her local knowledge. If you’re coming to Madrid, it is a must!

Solo adventure in Brooklyn

Fell in love with Brooklyn today. Good mix of stops and history. Make sure that you’re not mobility challenged as I walked about three miles. I was not overly wowed by any of the food stops but they were good. Happy I chose this activity.

An Excellent Way to Spend a Day

As someone who travels regularly to Chicago for business, I have always loved the city’s architecture and wanted to learn more of its history and experience the interior of some of the landmarks. This tour delivered on that with excellent dialogue and good humor with our host.

Great half day tour from Kathmandu

WE DID THE PATAN SIGHTS AND BITES TOUR. SAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE TRIP WAS WELL PACED AND THE FOOD WE GOT TO TRY WAS DIVERSE AND DELICIOUS.

A must see night tour!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable! The trip saw every monument and we even had time to get out and walk up to the jefferson and Lincoln memorial! Very beautiful at night! Highly recommend!

They left without us!!

Five of us arrived three minutes late for 1:00 food tour. They were gone and no where in sight. Despite having my phone number and email address, we received no notices asking for our wherabouts. We learned later that the company’s proper protocol is to wait 10 minutes. When we called the number we were given we were scolded by the first person. We called back and the second gentleman was much more sympathetic and rightfully shocked at what happened. Though I am in the process of receiving a refund our day in Chicago was ruined.

Still room for improvement

I could tell that the guide wasn't really familiar with the market. It was a new tour for her. Also English skills weren't the best. I regret to tell this but I paid a good deal of money for a tour. A lunch was tasty, tuna and salmon rolls. Sake tasting also very nice.

Ok but not great

The tour itself covered interesting sights and had a well-planned itinerary. However, the guide’s demeanor felt a bit distant, and at times, questions that didn’t have immediate answers were left unaddressed. The food was decent, but not WOW the portions were smaller than expected, leaving me wishing for a bit more. Overall, the experience had its highlights but also some areas that could be improved.

My family and I had the best time on this tour! We were able to stop and take pictures, and have a great experience touring DC during cherry blossom weekend. Our tour guide Donte was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He helped us create lifelong memories, which made the experience that much better for us.

A Celebratory Birthday

My husband and I traveled to Vienna for his birthday. We’ve been to Europe umpteen times, but embarrassingly never to Austria or Hungary. Austria did not disappoint. We celebrated my husband’s birthday in Vienna, and on his big day we met with Christoph for a local food tour. We had great fun! We traveled around Vienna via subway which was a nice experience. It gave us the opportunity to experience different areas and foods of the city (we had been wandering in the tourist areas of the Albertina (highly recommend it), stopping at one of my favorite jewelers (FREYWILLE), the palaces and so on. As a result, it was nice to visit other areas of Vienna. We also tried street foods. I don’t eat meat or pork (hard to be in Vienna and not eat meat) but Christoph was great about assuring me of various vegetarian options. He really was very gracious. He also arranged for a little champagne for the group to toast my husband. Finally, he followed up w/ restaurant recommendations and recipes. Thank you for a great day.
