Fun, delicious with a personal touch

Patricia took my boys and I on this tour and I can’t say enough about the experience. We visited small family owned establishments and she provided us such a personal experience at each one. The food and drink were beyond my expectations for this tour. It felt so personal. We got introductions to restaurant owners and their family. She was wonderful with my teenage sons, who admittedly wanted to have off topic conversations, and she engaged with them on every turn they led her on. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour and Patricia. She left a positive mark on our trip to Madrid.

Friendly and Knowledgeable

Seattle Coffee Culture Tour

Todd is very knowledgeable about coffee, from the origins of the beans to the brewing process. I really have learned a lot from this tour, not just about coffee, but also about the neighborhood of Capital Hills. I was the lone participant today, so the three coffee stops got me very much caffeinated, but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the tour. Highly recommend.

Seattle Coffee Culture Tour

Tod was a great guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about coffee and Seattle history. He took us to try interesting coffees from local businesses. We did not know the capital hill area before but now we do.

Disappointing

My night time electric cart tour that i booked a month on advance was cancelled because it was overbooked but i was never sent an email. I went to the meeting spot on March 31st at 7:45pm and was told it had been cancelled a week before. Yet on Monday March 30th I received an email confirming my upcoming tour and my credit card was charged.

A different view of Broadway

We met our guide Lucy at the Winter Garden theater and became fast friends. She is full of info and enthusiastic about her job. While I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect we had a great time exploring a different side of Broadway. Our tour included a visit to a dance store that supplies Broadway performers with gear, a Broadway themed bookstore and practice studios.

Boston North End Food Experience Tour

Very poor communication from this company. I had a situation with my daughter and needed to cancel/reschedule. They never answered their telephone, airbnb messages or text messages… despite providing a number and asking customers to contact them on that number. The tour guide was nice and understood what I was going through. He suggested I contact the company for a refund but good luck getting anyone to respond. I have been trying for 5 hours to no avail. I have never had an experience like this with airbnb. Im very disappointed.

Boston North End Food Experience Tour

Great way to get an orientation to the history and food scene in Boston. Perfect mix of time, food and history. Appreciated food being ready for us at each stop. The cannoli and Italian Soda were delicious. Thanks Claire!
