Très belle expérience à Casablanca ! La visite à pied avec le guide était à la fois enrichissante et agréable. Il connaissait parfaitement l’histoire de la ville et a su partager des informations intéressantes, tout en s’adaptant à notre rythme. Le fait d’avoir également un taxi était un vrai plus, surtout pour se déplacer facilement entre les différents quartiers et voir davantage de lieux en peu de temps, sans fatigue. Organisation fluide, guide sympathique et professionnel — je recommande vivement cette activité pour découvrir Casablanca de manière complète et confortable !

Saigon food tour

Jerry gave us an amazing food tour. He made the experience very fun and easy while showing us all the great places to eat around the city. Had some of the best Vietnamese food that I would otherwise not know to try. Very highly recommend and would love to do again.

Kristi is THE BEST tour guide! History, jazz, details you just did not know before, hints about where to go, AND she IS a musician. The stops for music and a beverage to enjoy a set or two? So fun. Our group stayed at the last stop and truly enjoyed the evening. Best NOLA evening!

Informative and enjoyable tour

Kristi was so knowledgeable and gave us great insights into the history and people that have made the City . Really enjoyed the bar and Jazz club and the artists we saw and heard there . Highly recommend this tour and Kristi as a guide .

Fun eating tour

This was our first eating tour and we loved it!!! Lexie was so knowledgeable and personable and made the tour so fun with her excitement and love of the city! Lexie took us to the nooks and crannies of the city which is what we were looking for! It’s the right amount of time if you have teenagers with you as we did. I could have kept going though! Will definitely do another tour with Lexie!

Don’t trust the “system”- always verify reservations with the actual company- Viator doesn’t follow through

After receiving multiple emails confirming our reservation and also receiving tickets for our tour, the tour operator said they did not have us on their reservation list. We arrived with valid tickets for the tour on the appropriate day and time. We were turned away. We scheduled the tour with Intrepid Urban Adventures via Viator. After a lengthy discussion with Viator, they referred me to one email sent 7 days after the confirmation to notify me of “unexpected operational constraints” which made them “unable to honor our booking. I did not see the email, and no further emails or attempts to contact me regarding the cancellation were made. I did however receive at least 9 emails reminding me of our reservation in addition to notification alerts up to the time of our tour. With all of the reminders and congratulations on our DC Tour, I had no reason to doubt the reservation validity. Viator, now points out that they sent me an e-mail (one) and I didn’t reply. This is very poor customer care. I will definitely selection a different company for reservations in the future. They cannot explain why I was issued tickets and continued to receive confirmation/reminder emails for 6 days after the email (which I didn’t see) letting me know I couldn’t be accommodated and should reply. I am sure the tour is fine, but this reservation company is not.

It was a great tour with Aafke Trouwborst!

Aafke was our tour guide. It was a wonderful tour. We went to 5 places for tapas & each place was better than the last. Aafke is so knowledgeable & we got history of Madrid & their foods. We started as customers but parted as friends. Plus, for any further travels I do, I now know to start with the food tour first!
