Had a great time with André! With a chef and restauranteur's background, in combination with his love of Louisiana history, it was a fantastic combination of eating and learning about culinary history (with a strong emphasis on history). Loved getting tidbits of information about the geography of the area, what created its culture, the "who's who" of its development, and all the influences into what's become "quintessential NOLA" foods. Thanks, André!

A worthwhile trip
A very interesting experience learning from the perspective of the South Vietnamese against the Americans. Their ingenuity and endurance was admirable. Nina was a knowledgeable and delightful guide who helped make our trip more enjoyable.

Highly recommend this very informative and interactive tour. Our guide Nina helped explain the history, importance, and significance of the tunnels. The experience itself is very immersive, giving us a small insight into what life in the tunnels would have been like.

Our tour guide was fantastic. You could tell he is passionate about the arts and the history and the culture of the area. I did this to her with my eight-year-old son and well neither of us are huge art fans, we both included this tour as a highlight of our trip.

Very good Alessia was very accommodating and had great education on Venice as well as giving lots of tips. The food was all yummy and she made sure we had gluten free every step of the way <3

The experience was awesome, and made so much better by the knowledge and kindness of our tour guide, Nina. She kept us engaged not only while discussing the tunnels and the war, but speaking about the city and Vietnam in general. I would 100% recommend the tour to friends and family, and tell them specifically to ask for the fabulous Nina!

Fabulous experience & guide
Nina was fantastic both at the tunnels & during the drive to & from. The tunnels were extremely interesting as was all the local information that Nina shared with us. The Bahn Mi was also delicious. Nina made our experience very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend
