Cool concept and visuals, however horrible execution. Both my headset and my daughter’s were glitching and lagging big time with frozen graphics, which caused disorientation. Mine got reset after we started, which wasn’t a big deal for me and I could manage the disorientation but my daughter’s never got reset and she got motion sick with vertigo. We barely made it halfway through and ended up on the white couch in the far back corner. The employee that tried to help us seemed clearly confused and unknowledgeable on what to do. We couldn’t continue and ended up leaving. None of the staff we encountered while walking out even bothered or cared to ask what happened, which is completely unacceptable customer service.

I think there should be better monitoring of users experience by staff. Equipment kept failing . And the kid who was working in the gift shop wasn’t very helpful either. For the rest of the group whose equipment was working , the experience was pretty cool.

Such a cool experience. It felt incredibly real and I loved the fox guide! We all enjoyed it including my 11 year old son and my senior mother in law.

Was definitely a fascinating experience, but the time allotted is a little short. It didn't move violently or make me terribly dizzy, so I felt like I was moving at a decent pace, but I still only made it through 60% exploration before "my shuttle was departing" and I had to go. It was a very cool use of VR, great staging on the front end, and I do recommend if you have a backpack or anything you let them hold onto it. It would have been nice to know there was a limit to how many "memories" I could take, since I was kind of spamming camera once I realized some objects or characters have an achievement for photographing them. The staff were nice and the handrail and seats seemed pretty clean. Pro tip, they don't really have guest wifi and there's no phone signal in most of the gift shop, so if you need a rideshare you'll have to go back outside.

Terrible. There is no customer service. You have to go to a kiosk for tickets and they want all your information including email phone number and address. I’m very guarded with my information. Also no bathroom. There is one out side but it was locked. I walked away frustrated. Also you will need to download an app to pay for parking.
