This was a great experience, and I really enjoyed it. It was immersive, and stuck with me afterwards. There were some technical limitations (VR isn't perfect, the intercom didn't work properly, graphical fidelity is low), but I found it didn't affect the immersion. Probably my biggest issue is that it's fairly rushed, but you don't really know it. It's timed, and there are all these slightly gamified achievements, but you should actually ignore most of those, and hurry through the exploration experience otherwise you'll time out, and get the end of the story cut off. Maybe they want you to come back again? I don't think I would at that price, but I'd still recommend it - with a caveat that you really have to move through those open exploration areas quickly.

Great experience, just enjoy everything, don’t bother with taking pictures as you can’t retrieve them, it’s a waste of time.

This was so fun and very well done. I went with my husband and 16 year old son, and we all really enjoyed it. You walk around and observe the different areas of the new world. The virtual reality is stunning. You can take pictures and talk to one another through the controls on your wrist. It felt like we were really there! So glad we went. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Whether you’re new to VR or not, this is a great experience. The music sets the ambiance (super chill) and even excites your curiosity! This is a completely immersive experience and well worth it! * Do not wear a ponytail or bun as it makes the visor a bit more difficult to adjust but still totally doable!

It was super fun but I wish they would tell you that it's timed , otherwise you don't get to complete the whole thing which was a lil bummer..

Truly, a mesmerizing experience. I wrote to the owners with some suggestions. As a clinical psychologist, I think there are ways to improve the overall VR experience to maximize that feeling of “awe.”

I liked it. The quality wasnt like 5k, but i still really enjoyed the immersiveness. I do have an oculus and still enjoyed the experience. Although, i think more sitting in the chair and travelling around space or riding around in the shuttle alot more would be cool. Still enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

this is a must experience VR enthusiast, and novice. You do get up from the chair and walk on something space air water, etc. we like it. Service was great. Wait time was short. You’ll probably need an Uber from the Strip

Went and bought tickets from vegas.com where interstellar Arc at area 15 allows their tickets to be sold. Had trouble loading tickets so we called vegas.com and they had our tickets on their end but interstellar arc would not resolve the issue on their end which forced us to cancel. We had the email confirmation showing we bought tickets and they still wouldn't do anything. Which was unfortunate because the kids where really looking forward to going. I would not recommend going there they where not very helpful or accommodating. Update: We where contacted by Interstellar Arc and was reissued passes to go I was hesitant to go but I am so glad I did it was amazing and the staff was very professional.
