Five star, absolutely recommend. This is a virtual, Interactive simulation. You wear a VR headset and play the role of a recently awoken colonist from Earth that is exploring your temporary spaceship home before you reach your space station home just outside of the new planet that mankind is working to colonize. The graphics are pretty decent, of course there were a few minor glitches here and there but nothing to prevent you from having an immersive and enjoyable experience. The headsets even allow you to take photographs of different parts of the simulation which are then emailed to you after the experience and you are able to download them to your mobile device for free, which I was very pleased about. As you tour the spaceship, there are a variety of interactive tasks, similar to achievements in a video game. You have a simulated narrator who acts as a guide. There are also handrails for you to grip as you navigate. We had a member of our party in a wheelchair, and even a futuristic one was simulated through our headsets, though it was not a precise simulation, and so if I ever stepped away from pushing the wheelchair, it could take a minute to find the handles again. I would also caution that if you have elderly or unsteady walkers of your party, it might be best for them to use handrails at all times or else hold on to your elbow, as the simulation could make one feel off balance sometimes. There is sitting, standing, and walking. The whole experience took about 25 minutes. There is a short, extra VR experience for minors in the gift shop afterwards.

Absolutely make time for this cool adventure. Not for little kids because they’d freak out but wow was it worth going for anyone 8+. So well done. You get to kind of see what it could be like when we move to intergalactic travel and see these potential other worlds. Husband and I loved it and he’s notoriously hard to impress.

(Moved from 3 to 1 after bad customer service) I wanted this to be a 5. Attraction probably needs 75mins and they allegedly give you 60. Unfortunately, I was rushed out at 50mins and didn't get to experience all of it. Staff and VR and the show were all great, just frustrating to miss out on what could have been a great experience. If you go to area 15, Continental and Interstellar and the Omega Mart and the best 3 things. But if you do interstellar, do not waste any time on anything. Rush through it because if you don't you will not get the full experience.

Wow. I never asked for a refund as it's Vegas and I thought they just got people in and it was over. I was refunded without having to ask. Thank you for the care. This would be an amazing experience for young children but I saw Intersteller and thought it would be adult oriented and sciencey. It was NOT. LOL Sadly it was disappointing for me but only because I was expecting something totally different. When you're hoping for PBS Spacetime with VR and get The Disney Channel, it was just a let down. Graphics, while less than what I expected for Vegas VR experience, for kids and families, its 100% up to date consumer tech. Refresh rate is good which is necessary to stop people from getting sick. I'm just nerd boujee I guess. My biggest let down was the in game assets/entities didn't match with items in real space to make the whole thing touch immersive.. all you can touch is a guardrail. This needs fixed. If I experienced something I couldn't or haven't already experienced at home, I probably would have stuck it out.

The experience was really pretty well executed. The tech generally worked well, though this does feel like a very long time to keep VR goggles on. My major critique of the experience was the storyline itself - myself, the two adults I was with and the one child I was with all got the impression that we would be “traveling through space” and then “arriving at a planet” and then landing on that planet and then exploring the planet. We went through the entire experience of the ship -we traveled through space, we heard about the wonderful planet we were going to, we got to hear about why we were headed to this planet, we got all psyched up to see it, then we were finally ushered off to a landing craft where we were sent down to the planet. We all sat for about a 5 minute ride down to the surface and then…… The experience was over. As it ends up - the entire experience is IN the ship. You do not actually ever get to go onto this planet. I DO understand that this is the way the experience was set up and that they may be a second version of the experience in which this whole storyline is continued. But all of us, young and old, all thought we were just about to START the “best part” of the show/experience, and then were unceremoniously told it was over. So - I can’t give it very high marks for feeling cohesive and complete, or making me really believe I was in this other world…. But it was a pretty well put together VR experience.

Just experienced the Interstellar Arc at AREA15 and it completely exceeded all my expectations! This is not just another VR ride — it’s a full cinematic, interactive space adventure that makes you feel like you’re actually traveling to another planet. The production quality is insane. You step into a futuristic boarding terminal, suit up with your wrist interface, and board a massive generational starship. The VR visuals are stunningly realistic, the story is engaging and emotional, and the way it combines virtual reality with real movement and group interaction is brilliant. Exploring the ship, collecting glyphs, and witnessing the approach to the exoplanet Arcadia felt incredibly immersive. I loved every second of it. The mix of breathtaking space visuals, solid storytelling, and fun interactive elements makes this a standout attraction. Perfect for sci-fi lovers, friends, couples, or families. If you’re visiting AREA15, make Interstellar Arc a priority — it’s unique, high-tech, and worth every penny. We walked out smiling and talking about it for hours. Easily 5 stars! Highly recommend booking this experience.

One of a kind experience !! Interactive VR game where you can walk around and interact with the surroundings. We stumbled across the building as we’re exploring and there’s cool photo ops in the back lots near the building so our photos were super cute.
