Beautiful Trip and Views
Saw several sea turtles swimming around and lots of amazing fish with views of Diamond Head and blue waters. The only downside was limited visibility through the glass bottoms. Only saw cloudy corals. No fish or sea turtles.

This was my second time doing the sunset cruise with Hawaii Glass Bottom Boats and it never gets old. The views of Waikiki from the water as the sun sets are absolutely stunning and something I’ll never get tired of. Our crew was amazing; friendly, engaging, and super knowledgeable. We got to feed fish right alongside the boat, which was such a fun touch, and we also learned a lot about Oahu’s history and marine life along the way. It’s a perfect mix of relaxing, informative, and just plain beautiful. I’ll definitely be back again.

Amazing, for all the right reasons.
Our trip was led by Cam, Kahiau, and Ian on 1Aug25. While this was shortly after the tsunami, they warned us upfront that the surge had kicked up a lot of sediment on the sea floor so the views thru the windows in the hull would be murky and heavily restrictive for seeing reefs, fish, etc... and they were right, we weren't able to see much. But it absolutely didn't matter! These gentlemen provided a wealth of information and historical data, provided local insights, kept the experience lively and were warm, endearing, energetic and fun! They piloted us to several amazing views, we saw sea turtles swimming, and overall, had an absolutely fantastic time. These gentlemen are not only welcoming and kind, but fun and a goldmine of interesting information about the ecology, history and significance of the ocean in Hawaiian culture. Again, despite the hook being the glass bottom which didn't work out due to factors beyond their control, was still one of the most memorable moments on our family vacation thus far! We cannot recommend more strongly that, if you're thinking about doing a glass bottom boat tour, or even just looking for a boat ride out into the gorgeous Pacific Ocean to marvel in the natural views and sea air - this is the Company with whom to do it!

Rough seas so disappointed
Out of your control, but it was quite rough and choppy out today and so we didn’t get a chance to see as many fish/sea life as expected

Braving Waikīkī surf post tsunami event.
The strong swells and waves post tsunami put a damper on the experience but we did see some sea life - turtles, spinner dolphins and glimpses of fish in the shallows. The water was murky. The crew of Team Brandon and Justin were very good at what they do. Overall a great experience. We will have to rebook on our next visit for sure.

Nice ride on a boat, but no glass bottom viewing to speak of.
Great ride on a catamaran, but we never saw a single thing through the glass bottom. We saw several small turtles swimming around, and they fed the fish so they would come up so we could see them.

Great trip with small kids
It's a short trip which is perfect for families with kids. Staff was professional. We saw a couple of turtles and fish. If your expectations aren't bigger than that, you'll be satisfied. The glass bottom isn't used to its full potential though, not much to see through the view ports.

Memorable
From the moment we checked in with the young lady at the check-in booth our experience was great. She made everything easy and ready for us to board the catamaran. Then the 3 guy crew Ian, Lorenzo and the other young man we cannot remember his name, sorry, made this excursion a memorable one. Full of history telling, taking us to several locations to see turtles swimming, fish swimming chasing the boat all this while listening to nice Hawaiian music. The whole experience was worth every penny, we for sure would do it again maybe after 5 pm next time.

It was nice but
It was very nice, I like the boat ride, great for pictures. Barely seen any animals but that’s ok. Captain was very nice. My 8yo daughter said it was boring. Only thing I didn’t like was ink stamps that they give you on the beginning after check in as ,,boarding pass” my daughter liked the ,,tattoo” but I didn’t like that ink didn’t try during entire 1 hour cruise and it printed on my leg and clothes.
