Glass bottom boat
The name of the boat is very misleading. I was expecting the whole bottom of the boat to be glass. Instead, there were four places, about 8' x 2' chute where you could look into and see a glass bottom. The boat captain was great and told little bits of trivia about the area, but didn't get to see many fish looking down into the chutes. A little disappointed.

Nice boat ride
Although we didn't get to see much through the glass bottom at all, we got to see a few schools of fish/fish being fed, turtles in the distance, but overall we had a great boat ride and it was great to be out in the water! I guess the tour before us got to see some whales, but our group got unlucky lol, I'm guessing it is hit or miss what you see depending on time slot. We had booked 10am boat

Great Trip!
Guide was great. Glass bottom very cool! Weather was perfect. One of the most affordable adventures. We got to see turtles, fish, a Manatee Ray and all of it in 1 hour. Relaxing and fun!

Absolutely amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I felt like I got more of my monies worth. Highly recommend to state that tips are recommended. The reason why I say that is because I think most people want to tip but don’t typically carry cash. Knowing that would be helpful

I loved being on the water. The Captain gave us good information. Didn’t see many fish, no turtles or whales. Very upset to find a $50 parking ticket on my car when I parked where I was told

Call beforehand to check times.
Call for the exact time you are supposed to meet before you get on the cruise as Viator may show the wrong time. We has a cruise booked for 5pm. We showed up at 4.50 and the cruise had left at 4.40. The place was fantastic though and immediately allowed us to reschedule. 5 star service.

Calmness at sea
We had a great time while doing the boat tour. The captain was very knowledgeable, it was great to get away from the busyness of Waikiki for a little bit!

英語でアナウンスですが、スタッフはフランクで日本人一人でも気を使う事は無い(アナウンス内容は理解出来ないが、雰囲気は伝わった)。途中、エサを蒔いて魚を呼び寄せたり、イルカやウミガメが入れば教えてくれる。カップ入りウォーターはボックスから自由にとれば良い。60分で十分楽しめますよ。

Great views, not really a glass bottom experience though
Amazing views. I wouldn’t really consider it glass bottom as there were only little tiny portions to view, but the views of Honolulu and Waikiki were worth it. Our tour guides were amazing.

Disappointing
Purchased tickets for the 3:30pm glass boat experience for 4 people through Expedia. We arrived at 3:29pm only to be told the boat has left. At no time during booking or after were we told the boat leaves early or that we need to be at the boat ahead of time. I got a text (while we were already on our way in an uber) at 3:22pm that the boat is leaving in 8 minutes, and I immediately responded our ETA was 3:29pm. We were there at 3:29pm, but were told the boat was gone. While Sabrina offered a refund and we accepted, the whole experience was a disappointment. We have wasted time and $50 on uber to get from our hotel to the boat and back. Out of all the lunch and dinner cruises we have been to in various places, all of them opened their doors at the scheduled time; not closed them. If this place is different, they need to make it clear ahead of time and not waste people’s time while they are trying to enjoy their vacation.

Great ride on the ocean
The crew was fantastic-professional, personable, and concerned about passengers' safety. They were full of fun facts and we enjoyed the ride on the ship. We plan to return to Hawaii and will definitely be back with Hawaii Glass Bottom Boats!

The length of the tour was perfect! The crew was great. Didn’t see much sea life , it’s not always a guarantee. Understandable. I’d do it again. Got to see more of the island. It was a great experience overall.
