Deceptive Tour Guide
The driver Vincent was great but the tour guide Bonni was disappointing for this tour company. She is the worst, inefficient and opportunistic tour guide I have ever seen. Time is money while Kennedy Space Center is only open between 9:00AM and 5:00PM. She wasted our 20minutes by socializing, welcoming each guest with short/sweet talks outside of the bus while she definitely could do this after making them sit. She needs to take a course for Operation Management. She makes strange and nonsense jokes. She always talks about "I", "me"; we paid to get touring guidance but not dating and/or making a friend with her. She ordered us to return the bus at 4:15PM but not later than 4:30PM while this tour was scheduled to depart at 5:00pm. The most strange part was that on our way to return, she asked each of us to make a suggestion where she should go/visit in her retirement. She approached each guest to chat by showing her app to tip her $20, $50... so on and leave her 5star reviews by exchanging a discount card for the trips. It was very deceptive. She came to me as well and I got a QR code to see but I have not given her a penny to use/share my financial info/credit card etc. However, many guests gave money to her name through this App and she loudly called to express her appreciation for tipping her. Moreover when the guests were getting off the bus, she carried a clear plastic box and asked for tipping cash for herself and drivers.She called herself that she is from the US Army and very competitive to get the highest feedback than other tour guides. I took Grey Line tours in different states for years and I am very satisfied with this reliable company but tour guide Bonni made my experience the worst. If it were only Bonni, I would like to give minus 10 but because of driver Vincent I gave a two star review for this tour.

Great day out. Was a really windy day so unfortunately the speed boat trip was cancelled but otherwise a great day at the beach.

Good time
Brad was great! Unfortunately, it was a very windy day, and our boat trip was cancelled. We walked around town and spent some time on the beach.

Gray line does a great job and Brad was fantastic and was the only reason this is getting 5 stars. The weather did not corporate so no boat rides or extra, the beach was super windy. Nothing gray line could control I would book with them again.

I really liked it, It was really windy but it was fine, I liked that you got close to the water and see it. I also like how you could go to shops and buy stuff. The bus ride was also good.
