A MUST SEE when in Orlando
Booked for girlfriend and I while on vacation, not sure what to expect but had an absolutely great time. Excellent service from booking to check in at show, outstanding Martini’s and the show was AMAZING! Never been to a show like this before but will definitely go again. Arrive at 6:30 pm when doors open and you will be entertained with non stop fun. I will not elaborate on the show to ruin any surprises but plan on laughing continuously, being amazed by the acts and warning…you may end up on stage! Unbelievable cast members and great acts the whole night. A must see if your 18 or older!

Don't waste your money
The worst place I have ever been to. We went as a family during our vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My food (soup and pasta) and others was luke warm at best. The pasta was sent but came back just as cold. I feel that I can have a laugh but felt very uncomfortable with the innuendo's from the male performers. Moulin Rouge it is not. They rely on members of the audience to add to otherwise lack lustre performances. Not sure if the juggler was so bad on purpose. They would not take no for an answer when my son was in the middle of his main meal. The dancers double up as waitresses, which means no one is around to attend to our needs. This review is only half of it. We left early and asked to talk to a manger about our experience. Surprise, surprise they weren't available and the promised contact has not happened two weeks later. I would give them zero if I could.

Fantastic trip, and amazing dolphins and babies
2nd time doing this trip and every nit as good as first. Captain Scott and first mate Tammy were spot on seeing the dolphin 🐬 and was a maternity pod with babies 🥰 and them we had them.jumping behind the boat, exhilarating and the dolphins are amazing. This is best trip we have ever done to see dolphins

This is totally worth every penny!
The bus ride from our pick up site and back was lovely. Our guide, Brad prepped us for what to expect when we arrived at KSC. Navigating around KSC was easy and relaxed. Even setting the bus tour to the island where Artemis is located was well organized. The staff everywhere, even when getting food or drink were pleasant.

Clearwater Beach was an unforgettable escape from the theme parks! The white sands and stunning blue waters made me feel like I was in paradise. Our guide, Mauricio Sanchez, was simply fantastic—patient and experienced, he shared fascinating stories about the area. I loved it! We soaked up the sun, splashed in the waves, and took in breathtaking views. If you’re looking for a perfect beach day, I highly recommend this trip. It’s a treasure on the Gulf Coast that you don't want to miss!

I usually do not post bad reviews. However, I had a terrible experience with gray line on my tour to Kennedy Space Centre. If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would do so. The bus arrived at the pick up location on time and headed to the space centre after picking up all the passengers. The bus was on time at all the pickup locations. The guide announced that our pick up time would be 5pm. The tour guide got a call after driving 20mins into the highway towards the space centre following which the driver turned back to pick up 2 passengers from a location where we had already stopped at earlier. We were supposed to reach the space centre by 9am. But because of this delay, we reached the space centre at 9.25am. I called gray line 2 times and requested for extra time since the bus was delayed. The lady on the phone kept saying, " we usually start heading back at 4.30pm but because of the delay today we are heading back at 5pm". I informed her that the driver told us about the 5pm pick up time even before the bus was delayed. She tried to dodge my question and repeatedly said that the pick up time was 5pm and that we have to be there on time. She also mentioned that the space centre closes at 5pm. I informed her that some of the activities are open until 6pm as per the daily schedule which the guide gave us. I double checked the daily schedule provided by the space centre as well. She refused to acknowledge anything I was saying. At 5pm when we got into the bus, the bus did not move until 5.30pm as one passenger did not return to the bus. I asked the tour guide what their usual pick up time was and he said 5pm. When I called the company, the rep on the phone was extremely rude. He did not apologize for the delay in reaching the space centre nor for the delay in leaving from there. He said he couldnt leave any passenger behind. I told him that I was told that the pick up time was 5pm. He said, " you can say whatever you want but the bus will not move. The passenger called earlier and asked for extra time as our bus was late and we gave them her extra time. " I informed him that I had called twice earlier to ask for extra time and if I had known earlier I would have taken that extra time to see things around. He then said, " enjoy your trip" and hung up on me. It is ridiculous that they have to lie to passengers. I am really disappointed with their service and customer care. They are very rude and come up with lies when confronted. It was an expensive trip as I was visiting from another country. Also, their shuttle bus services are expensive too. One would expect good service for the price you pay. I will never take their service again and recommend anyone not to do so.

Good way to experience history from Orlando
An enjoyable small group trip to the oldest city in North America. Greyline provide transportation and you are then free to spend the agreed time as you wish. I took a tout on the Old Town Trolley and strolled around the pedestrian area. I also visited the 17th century Spanish star fort and the old town jail both of which were very interesting.

Invigorating
It was a rather informative tour of the city of Orlando. The driver was friendly and illustrative, timely, and interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent, and I really appreciate the driver accommodating my flight schedule and dropped me off back to my hotel early.

An enjoyable (if very different) trip
I enjoyed swimming in the Crystal River although I didn't manage to see a manatee underwater. Apparently January and February are the best months to go as more manatees are usually present in the river. (From March onwards many of the manatees migrate to the open ocean). It was a new experience for me to wear a wet suit and use a snorkel. It would be helpful if participants had some previous experience of using a snorkel although this is not essential. Participants also need to be able to swim to a basic standard. The walk around the park after the swim was very interesting with the chance to see manatees (along with other animals.)

We had a great time.
The trip was great and we learned a lot and had a fun time. Brad and John were great. Brad tells great stories and is full of great facts.

Kennedy Space Center Famtrip
Really good trip and learning tour. Lot of stuff to learn about our space program and future frontiers. Brad was a really good tour guide with a lot of knowledge of sideseen to make journey more comfortable and short.

Brad was an amazing host while heading over to Kennedy Space Center. He spoke about what there was to do while visiting the center. He’s very knowledgeable and clearly loves his job.

A recreation of jousting...
A recreation of jousting and hand to hand combat set in medieval Spain. An enjoyable evening although very similar to other events of this kind. At times it was difficult to hear announcements made by the "king" and "queen" due to the noise from the crowd. Also there was some confusion as to which show I was due to attend. I booked the 07.30 pm show three months before and was e-mailed by a staff member to inform me that the only available show was for 05.30 pm. I arrived for the 05.30 pm show only to be told that I was booked for 07.30 pm and that I would have to wait for the 07.30 pm show. As I had a taxi prebooked this would not have been possible. Thankfully a manager intervened and permitted me to attend the 05.30 pm show.

A fascinating day out
An excellent way to experience the Kennedy Space Centre. The drive from Orlando takes around one hour and you are then free to spend the agreed time as you wish. There's a great deal to experience at the Kennedy Space Centre and I enjoyed learning about historical, contemporary and planned space missions. It was fascinating to see rockets and the space shuttle and deepen my knowledge of space exploration. You really need at least two full days at the centre to see it all.

A day well spent. Brad, the tour guide was very helpful in making sure we knew the "must sees." Lots to see, learn and interact with at Kennedy Space Center.
