Absolutely fantastic, better than expected, our tour guide was phenomenal he made us laugh the whole time and being able to swim and interact with manatee was such a unique experience that we will never forget, thanks again !!! 😁

Très bon moment passé avec Antoine. des explications claires, de L'humour, une prise en charge et un transport parfait et une visite sur site très sympa ! Avec en prime quelques beaux spécimens d'alligators visibles sans difficulté. Nous recommandons sans hesiter !

Absolutely awful, they made us wait almost 20 min to get in the bus and told us to be there at 7 50 for what ? It was windy and cold so ridiculous, then the guide tour was completely pointless all he said was a recommendation of where to eat 😂😂😂 so basically I paid $200 for transportation only, so expensive and absurd, this sucked so much

La experiencia es bastante mediocre. El espectáculo no está muy conseguido. Tiene momentos interesantes, pero en general, es bastante poco entretenido. La comida es bastante mala: pollo asado seco, mazorca de maíz, una patata asada unos días antes y una sopa de tomate. Comiendo con las manos. Le pedimos unos cubiertos a nuestra camarera y nos dijo literalmente “no tenemos, es una cena medieval!”. Mientras que en otras mesas sí que se los llevaron. Además, aún estamos esperando más agua y el café.

It was perfect! Our guide Bonni and driver Rood were excellent! He even went back and changed the coach during the day ss he was concerned about a warning light. They kept us informed about everything relevant to us and the trip. Bonni what a star! She welcomed people at each stop...let us rest...then habded out maps and guided and reccommended how to traverse. .what the site offered...wjst she liked...asked what we liked. On the way home she still gave info ....on the company ...herself the driver and asked each person....where they were from...where we would recommend and what was the best part of our day! She also gave out free trolley bus tickets...What a team! Would highly recc this company

Fue un magnífico día... recogida en el hotel puntual, móvil muy limpio, chofer de llamaba Kevin, el es una persona muy agradable, nos dio mucha información de Orlando y de St augustine, pasamos a mitad de camino a descansar y comprar comida... fue una muy agradable experiencia super recomendado.
