When we came to Florida April 2024, we decided to go to Clearwater Beach and booked with Gray Line. Wasn’t the best, they didn’t have their stuff in order so everyone was confused on what time we had to do our other attractions. We happened to add the Sea Screamer to see dolphins but it was out for maintenance so we were put on a different boat but were unsure where to go and when. April 2025 we went to St Augustine and on the way back the van started acting up and what should’ve been a 2.5 hour ride turned into over 6 hours. Wasn’t the drivers fault, but there should’ve been back up to help. Customer service 0/10. I already have one more tour booked with them, and then I will no longer use this company for tours. I miss Real Florida Adventures.

It was so much fun! The courses are beautiful and it’s very simples to understand. We had a blast! Bonus point: they have dedicated free parking.

Once in a lifetime trip.

This was a once in a lifetime trip! Our excursion was led by Kevin who honestly was the best host we have ever had for anything. He was kind, informative and very trust worthy. As a couple from the UK it was an amazing experience to be able to swim with Manatees. We would have paid full price just for that, but included was an air boat ride seeing Alligators, amongst other wildlife, and entry to a Nature reserve. Well worth the money in every way.

A busy day at Kennedy Space Centre

A great place to visit, just appreciate you won't be able to see it all in the time available. Our driver Mauricio was brilliant at giving us a plan for the day and meant we got to see the major sites. Snack bags were very handy especially when on a tight schedule, the food at the centre is mediocre but glad we had the meal vouchers. Tip: you need to order each meal individually as you can only use one voucher per order. Overall a really good trip and amazing to see such familiar sites for real.

Clearwater Beach was an absolutely exciting escape! From the moment we arrived, Mauricio was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the day with detailed recommendations for local spots. The sun-drenched white sands and sparkling blue waters were just what we needed to unwind. I enjoyed every moment, whether lounging on the beach or splashing in the Gulf. Mauricio was excellent. He recommended specific dishes for us to try at restaurants and pointed out all of the things we needed to know to have a great day! We had a lot of fun seeing dolphins and wildlife on the sea screamer boat tour. I will definitely book this again!

Our St. Augustine Day Tour was a delightful experience until our drive back home. Our bus developed a problem and a normal 2 hour journey turned into 5 hours. Shawna ensured everyone was comfortable and engaged even though it took us more than double time to get back to resort as Gray Line had no other buses to pick us up. Shawna done the best she could with the situation even though Gray Line would not go the extra mile and let her make 2 drops for customers to get back to hotels after such a lengthy drive home and plans had to be cancelled/changed. We then had the inconvenience of calling Ubers etc late into the evening to make our own way back. A little extra customer service for the inconvenience would have helped satisfy the customers on board. An email has not even been replied to or no apology which shows how very little Gray Line think of your custom.
