Eat with hands, the showing engaged the children, and they had a blast. Being able to root for a night who was jousting was just pure fun.

Amazing staff member went above and beyond
Everyone in our family is a season pass holder. So we go to fun spot a lot during the year living in Orlando. Today I had an experience that was worth posting. A young man by the name of Carlin went above and beyond with Customer Service to make our family happy. Let me share it with you. We got there early. It was a very hot day in Orlando. There were few people there at 10:30 when we got there. While the kids were on one of the roller coasters. I went to the splash zone and try to get some water. There were no cups but the water was cold. I went to the next location by Gatorland alligator exhibit that one had no cups either as we made our way through the park, we’re getting hotter and more thirsty. We went by the race cars and that water station also had no cups, I went into the arcade and asked them if they had available cups, which I was told no. I told ask where I could go get cups so I could fill up these dispensers and was told they didn’t know where those come from or whose responsibility it was. Great! I walked back outside to cup my hand and get some of the water as none of the other food trucks or anything was open at that time and a young man passed by. I asked him where do I go to get the cups. He went and looked at the station, saw that there was nothing there. He had my family follow him into the arcade and bought three bottles of water out of his own money and gave them to us. I was amazed. I told him I’d be more than glad to pay for it but I had no cash. I live by credit cards. But he wouldn’t hear any parts of that. We went out on a merry way thanked him wholeheartedly, and a few minutes later he caught up to me, asking the location of g the other stations that were out of cups so he could go fill those up. I was amazed and so pleased with his customer service skills looking out of not only for my family, but for other families now and I don’t believe maintenance is part of his job. So he was going above and beyond. An excellent guy if you get a chance to see him or run into him, say hi cause he’s definitely goes above and beyond to make your visit to Fun spot amazing.

This was Kennedy Space Center tour. The tour picked us up and took us out to KSC. It was a clean and comfortable bus. Mauricio the guide gave us tips and tricks for KSC on what to see and also how to structure the visit to make the most of the day. We followed his recommendations and were able to get through all attractions and sites we wanted to see plus had time for a couple of others.

Mauritzio was very personable and full of great time sa ing tips. The bus picked us up on time and we received a lot if valuable information about different show times and advice on how we would be able to see all the attractions at Kennedy Space center in the daytour that we took. This was a great tour. We had a great time. Would definately recommend .

Visiting Kennedy Space Center was absolutely unforgettable! Our guide, Mauricio Sanchez from Gray Line Orlando, was not only polite but also insightful. His entertaining stories made the day fun and enlightening. I loved how detailed he was about the exhibits. Truly an inspiring experience! Our family was in great hands with Mauricio Sanchez. We highly recommend this tour!

Space centre was great. Atlantis and Apollo centres were the best. Our coach guide Mauricio worked hard to help us organise our time effectively. Coach was comfortable, though the air cond fan speed was too high making it way too noisy, making it very hard to hear all his information.

This was my first time and overall I had a great experience. I was able to go dolphin sighting, grab a bite to eat and spend a couple hours at the beach

Total waste in my opinion
Apologies in advance. Not happy. If you're looking to go to the Pirates Voyage in Gatlinburg.. absolutely do so! But Orlando.. what a joke. This was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. We went on a Friday night for my daughter's birthday.. I guess at some point they're supposed to ask you if you're there celebrating something but we were never asked that question so my 8 year old daughter was not acknowledged along with everyone else. the computer system was down and I'm not judging it based off of that alone. Things happen but at 7:10 there was still a line out the door waiting for guests to be checked in for a 7:00 pm show. When the doors are supposed to open at 5:30. We were sick of standing outside and went in to use the restroom and look at the shop. After killing some time and money, I went back outside to see if the line had died down and the guy at the front threw me at the front of the line. I told him I hadn't been standing in it. He didn't care And said have you been checked in or not? I said no and then he showed me to the front..and they began to manually "check me in" with the computer still down, at which point they handed me a piece of paper with a few numbers/ltrs. I grabbed my boyfriend and daughter posed for a few photos and headed back. No one greeted us and showed us to out seats. We had no idea where to sit. It was madness, but again computers crash And I understand that. I let none of this spoil my experience because I had been to the Gatlinburg show and just assumed it would be similar or at least nearly as good . But I had to ask somebody at the front entrance of theatre where to sit. We were in the third row after paying for VIP. No one brought us photos but everyone around us got theirs. And my daughter wasn't pulled on stage along with 20 other kids becoming honorary pirates that evening. The show itself was not good in my opinion And hard to follow. The audio wasn't even in sync with the girls whip at one point. Again, I guess it might be my mistake, assuming it would be somewhat similar to the Gatlinburg pirate voyage, which was amaIng and my boyfriend didn't get to go to that one with me so I have been so excited for this show up and was so let down. But again At least I'd have good photos right... Wrong. I went to the front desk in gift shop and let them know I never got my photo and she gave me a business card with a QR code which led me to a site that censored all the photos unless I pay even more money. Spent around $400 for Vip tickets, an upgraded meal and a mediocre show that in no way measures up to the Gatlinburg experience And we walked out of there with nothing more than the things we bought in the gift shop. Not happy at all.

A wonderful day and an ambition fulfilled.
A trip I had always wanted to take. Pick up from the hotel was on time and our driver to the KSC was excellent, giving us excellent tips on how to navigate the complex. The onsite tour was again excellent and gave opportunities to get off the tour bus at all the important buildings and pads. The guide was full of new information. You cannot explain the wonder of walking the length of the Saturn 5 rocket and seeing the memorabilia of NASA. Sadly I didn't realise you could visit the memorial for Apollo 1. This needed to be highlighted and wasn't. Food options were not great towards the end of the day. Kudos to the driver for the homeward journey too for there was a lengthy , torrential downpour and his driving was always safe.

There was so much to do we didn’t even have time to experience everything but we got to see a rocket launch and explore, the kids loved it and so did we. Definitely have to revisit.

Need 2 days at least! But so worth it.
There just isn’t enough time to do everything. The day is long, but soooo worth it. And even with all that time, we didn’t get to do several things. Shawna was amazing and gave us really good tips. But when you factor in how much there is to do, you quickly see that it’s not possible to do everything. Would definitely go back.
