Not what we signed up for..
The whole trip was pretty much dreadful, even before it started. I booked the speedboat sea screamer dolphin trip for me and my partner and the afternoon before the trip I was sent an email saying the sea screamer wouldn’t be running however they could rebook us on a dolphin cruise which in their words was ‘pretty much the same experience’. I was told if I wasn’t happy I would only be given a partial refund not a full refund which I feel was pretty unfair given the speedboat was the whole point of the excursion. Reluctantly I agreed as we had committed the day to it despite knowing it was a speedboat I had paid for not, what was in essence, a ferry. Having been on the sea screamer before on a previous visit it was a completely different experience. Was told we had to be there 10/15 mins early but the bus arrived 20 mins late so we waited 40 mins in the car park. The journey there was fine in a comfortable coach however our guide had no idea about the boat trips till we asked him after we arrived. He then guided us to the pier where again nothing seemed organised and no one really knew what was happening but we got it sorted in the end. The cruise itself as I suspected was nothing like the speedboat and we never seen a single dolphin and all we got offered was a free ride next time which is no good for people who aren’t local and or on holiday etc. At the very least we should’ve been offered our money back for the boat aspect of the trip considering they moved the goal posts at the last minute and we never seen any dolphins. Trip was advertised as 2 hours but was actually 90 mins. Upon boarding the bus again we were laughably handed a post card to review the trip and upon scanning the QR code it immediately took us to a page to tip the guides? You’d think they’d at last ask us how the trip was before trying to extract even more money from us. We were also told to make sure we were on the bus 10/15 mins early to avoid traffic going home however we had to wait half an hour after the scheduled departure time due to a family being late which meant we left Clearwater at 4pm and didn’t get back till well after 7pm which meant we missed dinner reservations with our families. If people don’t make the departure time they should be left behind as their time isn’t anymore important than ours. Really bad sign when the highlight of the entire trip was the thunderstorms visible from the bus windows. Won’t be using this company again poor service and not worth it.

Winter Park is quaint,...
Winter Park is quaint, not a lot to do there. The lakes were amazing. Disney Springs stop is a bit short. Thomas the guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual.

Had the pleasure of riding with Frood and Bonni as driver and guide today on our way to Kennedy Space Center. On time, considerate, great clean bus and fun guiding with jokes inbetween. We had a great time and recommend this tour if you are in Orlando!

We visited Kennedy Space Center by bus
We are very pleased with the guidance from Bonni ! She is very enthousiastic, customer friendly… And driver Frood is a very nice guy and did a great job. We lions Belgium do recommand those 2 people with all our heart!

Amazing show. Absolutely loved every single minute of it. Captivating, funny, incredible horsemanship and fabulous food. Faultless and a fabulous family night out. We opted for VIP royalty and were sat in full view of all the action on the front row. I had the vegetarian option which was bean stew and rice and very tasty.

Out of This World Experience!
Absolutely unforgettable! The kids were in awe the whole time, and the Saturn V building was jaw-dropping. Don’t miss the shuttle launch simulator, so cool! Great for all ages.

Good experience with boat...
Good experience with boat cruise and visits to the town and Disney Springs. We seemed to miss Lake Ebola Park that was listed in the itinerary. Also there was quite some confusion as to the pickup point after Disney Springs. At times the drive appeared to not know where to go.

Don't go in July. Way to hot to really enjoy. Trip was good otherwise. Really enjoyed the boat ride.

Terrible experience.
The employees ignored me when i tried to ask them a question. One of the employees made fun of my autistic son and were teasing him. Managers were on their phones whole time not paying attention to guests.

Very disappointing do not book this
Pick up time was 8AM according to booking. However this was changed last minute to 7.15. We rushed to pick up point and arrived 7.18 after getting in touch to say we were on our way. He responded with how long are you going to be, then the bus pullied away immediately. We started shouting at the bus and waving our hands and he turned round and picked us up. When we arrived at the next pick up point, they waited 10 min for people to arrive. So why they decided to leave us after 2 min is a disgrace. When leaving tampa, not everyone was on the bus, no head count had been completed, 2 people were missing but the bus pulled away , I believe the tour guide was called Maurico who relied heavily on the driver and was asleep for most of the journey. Very little interaction from him.

My grandmother and I have had a great experience with Grayline Orlando. We went to the Kennedy Space Center with Mauricio Sanchez as our tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable about everything, had so many tips about the destination to make the most out of our day, and even gave us some locations to go to while here that we never would have known about otherwise. He was a delight to have drive us, and I would recommend booking with Grayline, because they have been absolutely stellar!
