Day tour to NASA

On July 31st, we went to NASA to watch the SpaceX rocket launch. Although it was a bit disappointing that the launch was canceled, everyone was punctual, and the tour guide was fun, friendly, and even did a Dobby impression! I highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic trip to Kennedy Space Centre, excellent guide and driver. Seeing the Atlantis space shuttle is a must. Very good bus service at the Space Centre. Also great to see the local wild life on coach rides between the Space Centre locations

Tolle Tour

Der Tagestrip zum Kennedy Space Center war überaus interessant. Unser Tourguide Bob war sehr nett und hatte sehr viele Infos zum Space Center, die er auch sichtlich mit Freude an die Besucher weitergab. Die Busfahrt war ebenfalls angenehm und kurzweilig. Alles in allem ein toller Ausflug. Der Busfahrer hieß Fruit.

Bad

Drove around for about an hour with no sight of any dolphins, then went go their „special“ watch place (in the bay with sight from the land) saw two dolphin fins and then went back. Threw away 37 dollar.

Great day out a refreshing change from theme parks!

Had a great family day out on our 2 week holiday to Florida. We spent a few days at cocoa beach and fit in a day trip to Kennedy whilst there! We also got to see a space x launch the evening before from cocoa beach which was amazing!

Wholly underwhelming, not VIP shuttle service.

Yesterday, we participated in your Kennedy Space Center Small Group VIP Tour, and I feel compelled to express our deep disappointment. From the outset, the experience fell far short of anything that could reasonably be described as "VIP." To begin with, the group consisted of 11 people, which felt far from a “small group” as advertised. When the driver arrived, there was no welcome or introduction — in fact, on our return, we still did not know his name. Instead, he simply said our surname and immediately informed us — quite rudely — that we could not bring our foldable ECV and stroller, claiming there were no spare seats, despite two visibly remaining empty. As a result, we were forced to rent a wheelchair — the only available option due to the launch — which required someone to push a family member in the intense heat. The journey itself was equally frustrating. At one point, the driver abruptly and dangerously, pulled onto the shoulder of the I-4, hitting all the rumble strips, simply to distribute a “breakfast” consisting of cheese and crackers, some croissants, and a small bottle of Sunny D out of a paper bag. This was not even provided to all passengers — two adults in our group received nothing. It was a good thing that we had purchased a car seat for our two year old on arrival to Orlando after being told they would not provide one (be wary of this is booking for young children). Upon arrival at Kennedy Space Center, the driver shared a few general facts (far from the expert, informative commentary we were led to expect from your information), then handed us our tickets and instructed us to return by 4:45 PM — essentially leaving us to self-navigate the day. At no point did the experience reflect the advertised VIP quality. In reality, this was little more than a glorified shuttle service with a few snacks. On your Viator page, it kept talking about tours, but these did not happen as we were completely unaware of where and at what time. He did not explain the $15 food vouchers (which are not just available on this tour as many others seemed to have them!), so of a party of 6 adults, we missed out on using $75 off as we were not told that only one could be used per purchase. To add insult to injury, he then drove past our hotel to drop off the other group first, despite having a 2 year old in our group. We found the driver to be dismissive and unprofessional, often speaking to the other guests in a different language, the service substandard, and the entire day wholly underwhelming. Based on this experience, we would not recommend your tour to others and feel misled by your advertising.

He was courteous and made sure everyone felt included. The roundtrip travel was seamless, allowing us to fully enjoy the exhibits. If you're a space enthusiast or just looking for a fun day out, this tour is a must!

Great time with family

We had a wonderful time at medieval times with our family. We were a group of eight adults everyone great time at the show. It was extremely entertaining. The surface was nice and the food was good. The facility was clean. We will definitely be back!
